The guesthouse has dual paned windows, no shared walls, and the yard is fully protected with a stone wall for privacy and security. Waterhaven is a quiet, peaceful, relaxing experience.

Located in the historic Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego, just blocks from the famous Balboa Park, and San Diego Zoo, Casa Feliz (Happy House) is an adults only retreat and perfect place to enjoy your San Diego stay. A cozy 730 square foot fully private studio apartment that includes your own living space, bathroom, and kitchen accessed by your own private entrance and patio. The patio faces into a secluded natural canyon filled with large trees, many birds, wildflowers and butterflies.

Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
