If you are looking for a beautiful Oceanside stay, Andy’s place is perfect! The pictures in the description do not capture the pure beauty of the grounds and beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. You are literally steps to the beach. The hot tub was amazing and very private for being shared. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It is close to several dining spots. Andy made sure you had everything you needed. I was very happy with our stay! When our family visits Oceanside again I will always book here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

I will definitely stay here again, it’s really the best location, right on the beach, not far from the pier and the harbor. Restaurants nearby. The pool is giant, so is the hot tub. The host was very friendly and responsive. It was a really nice place.

Great stay. Doreen was very responsive tonight and the place was clean and as described and the beach was right there. The bunk beds for the kids was a nice touch. Will stay again.

the penthouse was on the third floor which gave us a great View it was comfortable and clean and easy to find and easy to check in and out. the amenities were fantastic and the beach was beautiful. did not want to leave and come home to Arizona. wished I had stayed a whole week instead of four nights. Brenda was very responsive and very nice to deal with. want to come back next year for sure

We came for IronMan weekend and it was the perfect location! Love the place, beautiful property and quiet. Steps away from the beach! Amy was so helpful and quick to respond!

Lorain said this place was going to be amazing and man, she did not lie. This place definitely delivered to peaceful weekend getaway I was in need of, awesome views all day right off the balcony.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

We stayed here in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back! The hosts, place itself and location were all awesome! Loved watching the sunset from the porch and walking into town for fish tacos or the Wednesday market. Also enjoyed running along the path by the water while my husband surfed. Thanks so much, we can't wait to return!

I was in town for a difficult situation and the accommodations/location was just what I needed for some selfcare before and after... Steffanie was very accommodating and supportive... It will certainly be a "goto" for me in return trips.... Robin

Our family of five had a lovely stay here. Location is amazing…loved walking down to the beach and a short walk from lots of restaurants but not too noisy. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Nice to have laundry down the hall too. And pool & hot tub were great. The views from the unit are stunning and loved having the ocean breeze and sounds at night. We would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! Glenda was kind and responsive. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location- right on the sand and easy walk to restaurants, markets and coffee shops. We would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

Perfect location whether you are active or inactive. My 84 yr old husband and I were grateful for the elevator and the amazing views from anywhere in the Condo. He could sit on the couch & watch the surfing schools, the families on the beach & those strolling along the cement pathway below, while I could get out & strech my legs & be part of the beach scene. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even for my husband who used a cane. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in for some meals. Gated parking & elevator are game changers for anyone wanting to enjoy this area! Perfect for families or old folks like us! Host is an amazing, communicator with helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at ocean front with wonderful, long walkable sandy, clean beach bellow. The location is amazing, short drive to variety of restaurants. Having well equipped kitchen in this spacious, comfortable condo was wonderful. We loved to watch sunset, relaxed and comfy on the private porch. The owner was very responsive and helpful, addressing all of our needs. It was a memorable stay and we are looking forward to be back.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat! It's a couple of blocks away from the beach and around the corner from a very cute commercial street filled with good restaurants. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Niloo was incredibly flexible and accommodating regarding check in and check out. My only complaint is that sound proofing in the building could be better. Otherwise, a delightful stay!

Warren is a great host, he was responsive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is beautiful and clean, he has his own streaming services on the TV, kitchen full of utensils, walking distance to the beach, and there’s bikes and beach equipment you can use. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else. Thank you Warren.

My family loves the condo. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and right on the strand either great ocean views. We would definitely return!

We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

My husband, daughter (2), son (2 months), and I had a great time at Manijeh and Ken's place. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen is probably the best Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced in an Airbnb, the hosts were nice, friendly, and accommodating. I left behind a small cooler and they kindly shipped it back to me. My daughter enjoyed their board games and books, we also enjoyed their front patio and the sound of ocean waves. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oceanside.
