Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Amazing private location away from the large resorts. Perfect for our family. We loved staying here. Has all the amenities we needed. The beach was dreamy and perfect. We were able to rent a car and easily get to all the activities we wanted to do. The host was wonderful and responsive to any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate us with no trouble at all when we needed to check out a bit later. The only thing we didn’t realize is this is not a completely private house, it is an upstairs condo with another condo below and another condo on the property. So the pool and outdoor spaces are shared with the other groups staying there. It worked out totally fine for us but this wasn’t super clear in the description.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

i don't know how to describe the level of comfort, safety, and how nice, comfortable and friendly, the accommodation is delighted, I recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing time, and for the price he assured that they did not find something better or close to this level of comfort, 100% enchanted

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

We really liked it. She is faithful to the description and Carolina was always attentive. Only as a suggestion if 3 stay request a blanket for the sofa bed in advance. Carolina kindly sent us an extra blanket. We really had a great time and everything was easily accessible and very central to the apartment.

We love the place, it has an excellent location near 5th Avenue. It has everything even to spend weeks, there are restaurants and auto service stores nearby. Antonio super host always pending I will definitely come back to this place. Highly recommended.

The location was actually perfect you’re literally on 5th avenue and near a massive supermarket loads of restaurants and 3 min walk to the beach. The pool was also beautiful. The club next door was loud but we are young and they stop the music at 2:30am every night so it never affected our sleep.

We liked the stay in this place, the rooms are spacious, there is good cleanliness, good decoration, the pool on the roof is big and Marcela's attention is excellent at all times for any questions. We are definitely coming back to stay again. If you have a car, they have only the only winding thing is to have to notify the front desk every time you leave for them to open for access if there is an intercom.

Such a cute, cozy little house! Modern and clean. The outdoor spaces, the backyard and the front patio, are so lovely. Gorgeous trees. Pictures don't do it justice. One of a few of 40+ airbnbs we stayed in, that is not just a convenient accommodation to explore the place, but a joy in itself. My son loved his outdoor office. Having stayed in different areas of Playa, including a few places in the Center, Ejidal - near park Ceiba etc, the location is our favorite - steps to the best beaches - Playa 88 and Punta Esmeralda, safe, quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood but walkable to the center - and it's a very nice walk along the 5 Av. Fast, reliable wifi - great for online work and school. Kind, friendly, responsive host. Our only regret is we couldn't give it 10* and stay longer.

Excellent place meets what it promises in price and description, even though I was already very tired and I arrived at night, the host attended and helped me at all times.

Loved our stay! The condo is in a great location, steps away from 5th Avenue and all amenities. It really lived up to our expectations: spacious, ultra clean, and incredibly well-equipped. There was absolutely nothing missing, and even more! The only thing we would have liked to know in advance is that the building right across the street is being repaired, which caused a lot of noise and dust, especially at the pool level. Luckily, in our room, it was very well soundproofed and we didn't hear anything. Despite this, our experience was great and we would come back without hesitation!

Excellent spot and Close to everything, including the best grocery store on the same block (Chedraui). The pool area is directly up one flight of stairs. The gym is ok and small. There is a brand new gym right outside the building that I went to and it has everything. The hosts were very communicative and got back to me within the hour. I would definitely stay here again. About the fan, yes it's a bit noisy when you're outside on the patio, but I could not hear it from inside. It's not as big of a deal is some of the others who have left reviews, make it.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Playa del Carmen, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how immaculate and well-maintained the property was. You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

As Canadians travelling to Mexico, we wanted to steer clear of the all-inclusive and experience the area on our own terms. AWA Residences is the perfect place for anyone looking for a safe, modern place to stay with resort like vibes. Many of the residents and visitors are also Canadian which makes you feel right at home! Their pool area is stunning and has a very inexpensive onsite kitchen for snacks and drinks which we used often! The air b'n'b itself is very large and spacious. The photos of the 2 lower bedrooms appear much smaller in photos but they were much larger in person - especially the room with the 2 queens. We travelled with teenagers so it was great for them to have their own space with us in the upper master bedroom. The host's team communicated quickly and efficiently. If I had a question or concern, they were quick to reply! Highly recommend this unit within AWA as it is on the main floor with a walkout to the pool area.
