Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa del Carmen

Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

Excellent location, very quiet area and accessible to everything. Super comfortable apartment with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back. The hosts communicated at all times very cordially before, during and after our stay.

Excellent apartment, the basics to put together a meal or warm up. The apartment is very nice and as seen in the photos. In the cuadra hay minimercado, fruteria, restaurant and stalls in the plaza. The dpto is a few minutes from the ADO terminal.

The condo is an excellent value in a great location! We were a group of 3 women and we balanced the number of meals we ate out with some breakfast and dinners in, and the kitchen was well stocked with pans and cutlery for cooking. We really appreciated the 2nd bath for privacy and getting ready to go out. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean! And very good place to stay

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was quick and comfortable. We would be greeted really nicely. Before we left, we were even allowed to organize our luggage between camps to eat something and organize a rental car.

A hidden paradise. Stayed at this apartment for 5 days and completely loved it. Very clean, spacious and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Felt very safe since the entire community is gated and there is 24 hour security. Getting around is easy by taxi which can be called and they pick you up at the apartment. Host is very responsive and checked on us during our stay in case we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Vanesa and Pablo were great hosts! They were very communicative and very helpful. The place was really clean, looked just like the pictures and was really close to 5th avenue. Would definitely recommend booking with them !

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what you can see, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an Axxo very close by and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen (Chedraui). There are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend Playa 88. In general, everything was fine, both Christian and Mrs. Lulu were attentive and kind with some questions I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

100% recommended, the house is very spacious, you feel very comfortable, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the pool is large and has a wading pool for the little ones, it is inside a residential development with security and is located right next to a Walmart for shopping, I would definitely come back. Communication with the host was always prompt and very attentive.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

Quiet place With 24 hour active security Clean areas and execwlwnte communication with the host It only takes a little more flexibility from the administration to use the common reas (pergola and pool) On the other hand everything else excellent We'll definitely be back!!!

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, cozy and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There are also all the essentials for the children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are close by. We recommend it without hesitation.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Casa del Sol!! The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything we needed (and more). As we were traveling with our toddler, we really appreciated some of the unexpected extras included in the apartment - a lovely selection of children’s books, beach toys, and even a floaty for the pool. The AWA property is beautiful and we spent a lot of our time in the pool. We were able to walk into the city fairly easily (15ish minutes or so), though often used our rental to drive to areas of the city that were a little further. It was great having a few restaurants and a convenience store a few minutes walk away for when we wanted to stay close. Olivia was a friendly, responsive, and helpful host throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend Olivia’s place, especially if you are traveling with young children. Such a wonderful, family-friendly spot for a relaxing vacation!

Safe and beautiful apartment. Temperature always right since all room have individual cooling system. Spacious bedroom and bathrooms. I loved this place .

The hosts were accommodating throughout my entire stay. Mario was always there to help and every time I had a question he would always respond within a timely manner. When I asked to be checked out a little bit later Mario said yes without hesitation. I had a wonderful time at the Airbnb and would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a beautiful place to stay near the beach with the family. I can’t thank the hosts enough for everything they’ve done and hope to be there soon again.

Our host Nestor was always avalible. Always very nice to communicate with. And his apartment was everything that he had promised. The only thing I could say is if you like peaceful places and want to see the real playa del carmen then this place is the one you want. If you want to be in the middle of all the tourist stuff then in my opinion probable not for you. Also I would like to add one more thing . I dont think I've slept as good as I did in I could'nt tell you when.

Great communication with Host Sharon, quick reply when needed, the place is perfectly spotted, as a host my self maybe was missing some commodities depending on the lenght of the the trip but except of that it was really nice. Thank you,

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.
