This apartment has the best of both worlds! It is located in a private gated community while being only a few minutes away by car, taxi or bicycle to 5th Ave. & the center of town. It is a short walk to Centro Maya shopping mall where you will find a full size grocery store, McDonalds, Starbucks, Sams Club, and all the comforts you may need + taxi cab station.
