Everything was perfect, the photos don't do it justice, having the private pool is the best, very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia is very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around the area and very quiet. Thank you very much for all the support and ultimately 100% recommended.

Very complete and safe house. Everything very comfortable and at ease, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

The hosts are very proactive. They respond very quickly. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well decorated. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. There is also everything you need for children. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Restaurants, grocery stores and local shops are nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very spacious, the photos do not describe the proportions well since it is larger than what you can see, the beds are double and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is an Axxo very close by and the main one is a couple of streets away, taxis are constantly passing by. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen (Chedraui). There are very nice beaches nearby, I recommend Playa 88. In general, everything was fine, both Christian and Mrs. Lulu were attentive and kind with some questions I had. I highly recommend your stay. Thank you.

Very nice, the house is very comfortable. For my family it met expectations. I had a problem with the climate and Vane solved it with fans while they fixed it. She was always attentive to my needs. Honestly, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool. We even ordered food that day to relax. They didn't have any problems with the address. I'll gladly come back

Everything was excellent, the house was impeccable, somewhat secluded but it was just what we were looking for, since it is a very quiet private area. The host was in communication at all times.

Connie, Pedro and Cesar are great hosts. They are very responsive if there is any issues. I stayed there for 3 months and it turns out that the refrigerator was a problem - so they replaced it with a new one! They occassionally reached out to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. The location was great for me - I wanted a place far from tourist areas, plenty of space, and I wanted to do lots of walking for fitness (I lost 3.5 inches off my waist). It's a 45 min walk to the fabulous Playa Punta Esmeralda. A 20 min walk to Walmart. But if you want close restaurants, an OXXO, 7-Eleven, Six or a potable water refill station, they are just minutes away at the end of the street. The couch in the living area is very comfortable - I spent a lot of time just laid back chilling on it watching movies in the evening on my tablet with the excellent wifi connection. Both bedrooms have a TV but I never used them. Each room has an AC unit but I rarely needed to use them.

5-Star Stay! We had a fantastic time in this apartment, and it was all thanks to the wonderful host, Ivan! He was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and made sure we felt right at home. The security team and our neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We had a fantastic stay. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas available in thebhouse for our use. Ashley and Sergio made everything easy. Sergio came by daily to ensure the property stayed clean. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ashley was great with communication and let us check in early.
