Simple and cozy studio on the third floor, totally private with its own terrace. It has a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, electric grill, coffee maker and microwave oven, located just 3 blocks from the 88 beach certified with blue flag with common areas full of nature ideal for days of relaxation. Garage for 2 cars. Special for people who like to be in non-tourist areas where they can live with local people. It's not downtown.

Raices, original and colorful studio with terrace.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.
