Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa del Carmen

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

We stayed at a different Airbnb for the first 3 nights of our stay in Playa Del Carmen. Ac was broken and could not get fixed so we needed a new place to stay ASAP. Carmen's place was our saving grace! super responsive to our messaging. AC worked so well. location was amazing and bed was very comfortable. one of the largest balconies out of any of the units in the building as well! just wish the floor was cleaned a bit better before our arrival. it seems a little sandy/ dusty. overall, we loved our time here! thank you so much for saving our vacation!

This is one of the most beautiful airbnbs I stayed at. Each room has its own bathroom and deck access and then there are 2 additional small bathrooms- 5 bathrooms wow. Decorations beautiful. Beautiful views from patio. Security and locked community makes you feel safe. We appreciated the crib, baby bath, and high chair provided. Restaurant on site served the best meals we had while in Playa Del Carmen. The pool is enormous. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. There is a small store after you enter community on right that you can buy some necessities. It's nice you can park a car for free- we rented a car. It was generous of host to grocery shop for us so we had things we needed on arrival after flight with baby. It was also helpful that they assisted in setting up transport to and from airport. I would love to come back and I am recommending this airbnb to family and friends.

I can’t thank Daniela enough for such a seamless and smooth visit. The unit is quiet at night and very private and secure. 5th avenue with all the shops and restaurants is a short walk away. Located very close to a Chedraui as well if you wish to do your own cooking, her unit has pretty much everything you need including salt and pepper and olive oil! The fresh drinkable water dispenser was great to have also! Daniela was very quick to respond with any questions. The rooftop connects the units together and the bar is very reasonably priced also. Overall an amazing stay and would not hesitate to book with her again.

David’s place was great- exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We would go back or recommend. David had great advice on restaurants and beaches. Thank you for the stay! It was also great to have 2 bathrooms! The pool upstair was a nice quiet addition and balcony was a perfect quiet place for a morning coffee.

Awesome place overall. Location is superb - quiet yet close to everything. Note that the condo is on the first floor. The patio goes to courtyard, so you won’t see sun in the place. On the plus side though, roof top area with pool is awesome, and is the elevator ride away. The host was very responsive in resolving minor issues that came up.

Alizée is an absolutely perfect hostess. we were so lucky to meet her lovely mother and beautiful daughter as well. they just fall over themselves trying to make you feel comfortable and welcome and at home. the bed was very comfortable, the private pool was very enjoyable, and the location was both convenient and felt very safe at all times. we really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Excellent house in private residential, Bely was always attentive and helped me with everything I needed. I told him that the internet was slow at the beginning and she hired a faster one. I loved the place, super safe and quiet. My family loved it. Definitely for me next visit I will stay at this place

Loved this place and continue to love Playa Del Carmen. The sheets needed to be replaced but they took care of that same day and had extra sheets. The location is only 15 min east drive from 5th Ave and 20 min from downtown. We had to leave early unfortunately not bc of the airbnb but personal issues back home that had us fly out a handful of days before we scheduled. They were super kind and responsive and we loved the modern architecture of the whole neighborhood

Had awesome experience! Everything was clean and up to date! Sergio was awesome responsive when we needed something to get checked out! Loved the cleaning by him! Left early in the morning and came back to fresh cleaned Airbnb which is the best thing! Place was perfect walking distance to beach which house has cooler and chairs! Walked to dinner every day no need for taxis! Thank you so much would definitely go back and recommend to others!

Great hidden waterfront gem in the central of Playa de Carmen. Walkable to all destinations. Away from the crowded beach spots of Mamitas etc. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

Dina’s place was exactly as described. There was nothing that I needed that wasn’t there in the condo. The Ipana building is clean and the pools were nice. The location is good as it is near 5th Ave restaurants shops and the beach (just a few blocks). The bed was very comfortable which is REALLY important to me. Communication from Dina was very fast which In appreciate as well. I def recommend.

We had a great stay at Karin’s place is Playa. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with a nice peekaboo view of the ocean. We LOVED the rooftop patio and infinity pool and spent most evenings up there - sometimes we had it all to ourselves. The location was super walkable and there was lots to do nearby. Just a heads up, the beach at the end of the road right beside the Airbnb is currently pretty small because the water comes up really high so there isn’t much space to lounge - with that said there is another nice beach (Playa Coco) very close by that we walked to and it was a great beach to spend the day at. Overall great spot to stay, would definitely stay there again if we return.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

The place is just blocks away from all the action. The apartment has everything you need for a lovely stay in Playa. We had a really good time, overall. The host is very responsive to any issues and also to provide useful information.

The condominium is very nice and comfortable, very good size and equipped. What more you can order, private pool and jacuzzi in your condominium, giant pools in the complex, very nice beach with a lot of fine and clean sand, excellent sea for swimming, 5 minutes from the fifth avenue in Playa del Carmen where you have everything to have fun, shopping, restaurants and bars. Super 5 minutes by car, oxxo and tienditas just a few blocks away, the truth would come back without thinking about it. The host is available for any questions. screens in sala and bedrooms, air cool and fans. Weber gas grill ready to use. Washer and dryer in the condo. The truth super equipped, you just need to go to the super for food and drinks and you're all set. It has up to an ice maker with pitchers ready to fill it. My husband and I came down to Playa del Carmen for an extended weekend vacation. The goal was to relax and get away from the hustle and bussle of daily life. With Erin's place, we were able to do just that. From arranging transportation to and from the airport, to the ease of access as well as easy check in and check out. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and the pool. The swim up bar in the pool allowed for the time and space to interact with other guests and residents who knew the area and were able to give great suggestions for food and activities. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance of the condo, which made it a very accessible location for anything that you might need. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Playa del Carmen.
