Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

Lovely place surrounded by nature and still close to town! We had the amazing dinner and breakfast offered, highly recommend if you want a relaxing and peaceful stay!

Staying with Mary Jo was a great space to end our vacation. After spending a few nights in the jungle, we were very grateful to have found Moms place. And as the name states, we felt right at home. Mary Jo is a beautiful host that had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Quintana Roo. Villa Morena was probably the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed in. As described, it is a beautiful oasis created by a wonderfully accommodating family. Vanessa could not have been more helpful in making us feel at home. We loved everything, from the clean and spacious cabana, the incredible breakfast and dinner meals, the bird song upon waking every morning, and basically the whole vibe with family, cats, and dogs all relaxing in this jungle oasis. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great location,nice place close to the beach and you don't have to look for food,there you have it at a good price and very rich!

Eva and Kurt were so friendly and hospitable. I LOVED staying here. The garden is magical and the pool was perfect. The room is attached to their home, but it’s separated by the common space and a glass door into their home. Evas place is a little piece of heaven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun where I was able to unwind and just enjoy some relaxation. Absolutely would stay again.

This Airbnb had to be one of my favorites. I've stayed in Italy, in the U.S., & now in Mexico & this by far had to be the best one yet. Everyone was so attentive. Patricia was a fabulous host. But Claudia, Gabby, Rocío,Yessy, were all so delightful & attentive. It was a pleasure to have gotten to know them. The sign out front Mi Casa Tu Casa really means just that. The outdoor area is truly something special. It's lush and beautiful. Our room was spacious & was cleaned daily. You had everything you needed all you had to do was bring your clothes. The pictures don't do it justice. We had the two queen beds that over looked the pool. We did reserve time for the spa service . If you like deep tissue massage then Monica will definitely work out any knots that you may have. The Airbnb is less than 13 minutes from the strip, 2 minutes from The grocery store aka Walmart and Sam's Club. ( Sam's has no gas station) Places to eat Hemingway,La Mission, Casa Mission, El Sazón de camaron, Mingo.

I love this place and I highly recommend it. They’re also very friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Other than the beautiful place, they also provide snorkeling gears, breakfast, jacuzzi and pool. I love the details of the room, it also have everything! If you’re planning a trip to Cozumel and choose this place, literally just bring your essentials stuff because they have all you might need! If you’re reading this, get this place and it will be very awesome experience! Alex and Jimena, you guys are amazing and I’m hoping to be back soon!

Patricia and Cesar's place was a fantastic value. The place is located just 2 blocks from a Sams Club (If you're a member in the USA, your card will work there) and a Walmart. It is also located within 5 blocks of some awesome local food joints. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were perfect and working. The garden (trees, bushes, flowers etc) is immaculately maintained. Breakfast is included and cooked well. Patricia has outstanding taste and should do side work as an interior decorator. Cesar is also very handy and helpful. The hosts live on-site and truly care about the well-being of their guests. I'm actually returning for a month next...Need I say more? Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

Tamarindo bed and breakfast was fabulous! We enjoyed the bedroom, the jacuzzi, the delicious breakfasts! Host Jimena was outstanding! She called the car rental agency, which delivered the car at the Airbnb. We would happily return to enjoy Tamarindo, again.

This is an absolute hidden gem in Cozumel! Such a beautiful place with the most gorgeous pool and spa in the backyard under the trees. The outdoor cat Maria is adorable and super sweet! The breakfast was AMAZING. And Patricia and her staff were so kind, welcoming, and responsive. The AC works well too :) I will definitely be coming back!!!

We greatly enjoyed our recent stay at El Tamarindo. Alex and Jimena are wonderful hosts and the spaces are lovely - a charming dining area, with shade, nice pool and hot tub with pleasant places to hang out, and a gorgeous yoga space with all new equipment. Jimena is always responsive when we reached out with a question and was able to accommodate our schedule on a couple of mornings when one of us had an early start. It is a lovely location, far off inland to be away from tourists and close enough to Coldwell to make it easy to go to nice restaurants, shopping, and so on. I would absolutely come back and would recommend El Tamarindo to anyone seeking a safe and tranquil place to stay in Cozumel.

Patricia's property is an absolute dream. The whole place feels like stepping into a magical realm—the attention to detail and vibrant atmosphere was surreal. Patricia was extremely communicative and responsive, and she even let us drop off our bags early before check-in, which was very helpful. She helped me set up a massage for myself and my partner too. Her kitty Maria was soooo sweet and cuddled up with me while I lounged poolside. Another perk is that if you rent scooters or other vehicles, she has parking behind a locked gate, which felt extra safe. Navigating to the property was a little tricky since Google maps doesn't really give you a pin, despite the address being correct. So we navigated to the grocery store right next to her spot, and then it was easy to identify the exterior of the building from photos. I would absolutely stay here again, and the only bummer is that we only stayed one night!

We had such a pleasant stay here with Alicia & Chuco and we felt like family guests in their home. It was very comfortable and Chuco’s breakfast was incredible, amazing omelettes and guacamole! He always made sure we had eaten enough and in general both Alicia & Chuco are lovely hosts! Would come back anytime. The location is located 30mins by foot from the center, we walked twice and it was a pleasant walk (in general the island is quite big and anywhere you would need a scooter/car/bicycle to see all the beaches in the south, unless you plan to only see the north). You can also rent a car /scooter, Alicia & Chuco organize everything. Thank you for a lovely stay, we already miss it!

Beautiful Airbnb. We were a bachelorette party and we felt very safe the entire time. Rigorous check in at the gate which we liked. We loved our chef breakfasts and dinners, he was wonderful and the food was delicious! The space was clean and beautiful and the concierge amenities like setting up transportation and filling our fridge really made the trip perfect! Highly recommend.

Sylvia is a great host and looked after us brilliantly. She was very helpful when we couldn't find our taxi and was super flexible with the time we arrived! Also, the breakfast was perfect!!
