Beach condo vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

The apartment was amazing, very nice and equipped for those who like to cook at home, the apartment was impeccable, the only thing is that the shower needs to be changed, you could bathe without problems, but it had a leak that I'm sure they will solve soon, because some water is wasted, the location is wonderful.

3 minutes from 5th avenue, very convenient for walking. Apartment suitable for 3 adults

Spacious, wonderful vacation place. Nice tile work throughout, microwave, modern appliances, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer were handy. Kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook because we were always going to restaurants. Air conditioning worked well. Close to everything, convenient to grocery store, walmart, restaurants, 5th avenue and the beach. We definitely would stay again. My highest recommendations to Marion and this place!

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was just as it was described. It was very spacious and clean. We really liked it because it was close to everything. We didn’t need a car and could just walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was just down the sidewalk and you also get access to Mamita’s beach club. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place. There are bars on the street that stay open late and play loud music. This didn’t bother us, but some people it may . We would definitely stay at this location again!

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

This is the only Airbnb I’ve stayed at that looks better than the pictures on the app. The space is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect with 5th avenue being a 6 min walk away, pick up For Xcaret tours are right across the building and a huge supermarket is a 3 min walk away with many delicious restaurants steps away. I also loved that they left us a water dispenser. The hosts are very attentive and made check in and check out extremely smooth. The pool is stunning and perfect for families. It seriously felt like staying at a very nice hotel. I was worried about the AC and smell since a lot of buildings in the area smell like humidity but the entire building smelled very fresh. If I had a con, the only thing I would call out was although very clean you can tell it wasn’t as clean as nice hotels. The showers had a couple small water marks and hot tub did look kind of dirty. But regardless the value for this spot is 100% worth it! I’d definitely book again.

When my partner and I arrived at the airbnb it was everything we had hoped for! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better airbnb! One of the main things I was looking for was lots of space and this airbnb was perfectly that. It is very spacious with a lovely layout. I especially like the layout of the bathroom it’s got a huge mirror and lots of counter space! I was pleasantly surprised with how nicely stocked the apartment was, with small tubes of shower gel, shampoo, etc. and paper towels in the kitchen, fresh towels for shower and the beach. We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, it is beautiful!! The location is also perfect, we were walking distance from a plethora of restaurants, the beach, and 5th avenue. But it’s not too close, so we were not be disturbed by party music or anything! Lastly, I’ll touch base on the host, he was very nice and gave us helpful, clear instructions and always fast communication! Overall, excellent value, I would 100% book this airbnb again!

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I loved that I could request for a pack and play for my toddler and they also provided a high chair for eating! The house was set with coffee, beach toys for my kids (loved this), towels, a beach bag, water (so kind and saved us trip to the store). Loved everything about the hotel, pool. Felt super safe, we utilized the gym and it was wonderful. Only con to mention is that the bathroom in the hallway didn’t flush at times, it was super frustrating to deal with but we were able to use the main bathroom, so not the worst thing in the world.

Izela’s place is great for families with small children. Izela made arrangements to have two Pack N Plays and a baby high chair waiting for us in the unit. The community pool has shallow sections for kids. The beach is just steps from the complex, making it so easy. Lastly, Izela was very responsive to the couple of questions we had during the course of our stay.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

Excellent place, it exceeded our expectations, very well located a few minutes from the shopping center with a currency exchange and bus stop to and from the center, also close to the Xcaret transportation wing. Only observation, the main bathroom had low water pressure in the shower.

Great place in a great location. We stayed there with kids and a van. There’s a 7-eleven right downstairs as well as a couple of restaurants. Supermarket is on the same block around the corner. Chiltepin Marisquillos (yummy shrimp and fish tacos) and Papacharly (great lunch deals and handmade pastas for dinner) are a 3-min walk. 5th Avenue is 2 blocks down the street. The apartment is easy to get into. The host’s instructions are clear and accurate. The 3 buildings of the condo complex are connected by rooftop skywalks and all swimming pools there are shared, which is great. Our friends with their kids rented an apartment in the adjacent tower and we got to hang out on the roof whenever we wanted. Overall, we could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jim's apt. We were a group of 8, and everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The palace was clean and immaculately kept. A big shout-out to Sandra, who was more than amazing. She checked on us regularly before the trip even started and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apt is located steps away from the beach and the most happening street in Playa del Carmen. All sorts of restaurants/bars and convenience stores are a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend Jim's place, especially for bigger families.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!
