Good flat without remarks Very nice host Thank you for wonderful stay

We were a bit sceptical because the photos looked too good to be true - but we were pleasantly surprised as the place looked really like the photos and is beautiful! The rooms have beach and sea view, the condo complex has beach, swimming pool access - there are guards for the complex and it feels safe. The hosts are really friendly and always proactive, making efforts to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Cancun!

This was our 2nd time staying at Manuel & Lina’s place. I would not stay anywhere else. They are more than supper hosts. They have become friends. The place is right on the beach with lounges to relax and enjoy the view. We are very comfortable.

Very spacious place, the place was pretty with amazing views you could hear the ocean from the condo. Both pools were very nice and the hot tub inside of one room was very nice as well. The condo is not stocked with any items, water pressure in one room wasn't the best but it was still ok. Best part was the communication with the host they answered any questions I had and were fast to answer.

Gianmarco was very helpful with questions regarding our stay but also helpful with suggestions on things to do. He arranged our shuttle to and from and they were great as well. Helpful drivers and clean vehicles. The place was as described and waking up opening the sliding glass doors and stepping onto the beach was awesome. It was so nice not having to pack your stuff for the beach because you are on the beach. There’s even a foot wash on the patio which was great after a walk down the beach. The place is very roomy with large bedrooms, dining room and living room. Also 3 large full washrooms were really nice. Beds pillows were very comfortable and felt new. We cooked a lot of meals which saved money and with the big dining room was great family visiting time. There’s a new 2 story grocery store 10 minute walk and convenience store just outside the complex. You are close to Coco Bongo but we had no concerns with noise. Gianmarco is very helpful and this is a great place.

This was our 10th trip to Isla. This new condo was very nice when compared to other places on Isla, especially for the price. Ixchel was way more expensive although it is very nice, too. Balequa was within about the same walking distance to everything downtown when compared to Ixchel. Luis was very responsive to any questions that we had before, during, and at the end of our stay. Our only issue that probably needs to be addressed is the rooftop could use some improvements. It's nice up there and the views are amazing, but it needs a refrigerator and maybe some more comfortable chairs and loungers. Overall though, this is easily a place I'd rebook!

By far the beach area is the best they offer. The spectacular sand, the hotel very clean and a very family atmosphere what it offers. The 5-star bed. It allows you to rest . The hotel has a store where you can get food since they do not have a kitchen. The nightclub area and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended place.

Behind the magical yellow door, was the best place to stay. Right off the main square, we were in the middle of it all. Walking to restaurants, shops, diving shop, grocery store, coffee shop, ferry, and beach was all a breeze. Our space made me so happy. I loved my loft room with a fabulous hammock outside. I spent many hours reading on the room. The well provided kitchen allowed us to enjoy food and drinks. We slept well and had a great stay with these fab hosts. When I messed up making coffee, someone fixed my mistake right away!

Jorge's place was just as described. Beautiful house that it makes us feel at home to our family of 4 and our two spoil furry family members. Private spaces all around the house well furnished. The Palapa is awesome, righ beside the pool filled with fresh water, also very nice, to cool off the heath. Bluetooth speaker system in the palapa area too. The a/c inside the house is a plus to enjoy yourself and have a nice sleep on the confortable beds. We have to leave the house a few days before the check out due to a family emergency. Great location! Easy walkability - one block from the popular Hidalgo Ave. and just a few blocks from the beach. We rented a golf cart one day to explore the island and grab groceries. A parking space is provided at the condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The host was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our family.

Very Clean! Felt really safe and at home! Had Holiday Decorations, plenty of shampoo, towels, and a 5 gallon jug of water. Nice and understanding Host! 10/10 recommend!

Gladys and George were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The location o the house was central with stores close by. They met our every need, including getting medication for our children. They provided us with clear fresh water. All we needed was provided for cooking our own meals. The pool was Awsome and a real life saver for our 9 and 11 year old children. We enjoyed our experience very much, and would recommend this Airbnb for sure.

Our group really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb for our vacation in Cancun. The Airbnb was clean, private, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside, lounging by the pool, and taking advantage of the private beach that was just steps away. Daniel was very responsive before our vacation so we knew what to expect and was also responsive during our stay, even though he was on vacation himself. I will be looking to see if Daniels Airbnb is available next time I’m in Cancun. I definitely recommend this home!

We had an amazing stay at Robin’s place in Cancun! The house was super clean, really nice, and in a great location - just a short walk to a grocery store and the downtown area, which made everything really easy. Robin was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome trip. Robin was extremely responsive during the trip planning process and during our stay. Robin helped us book a boat, gave us great activity recommendations, and even connected us with reps for restaurants and clubs. It made planning everything so much easier, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Sylvia was awesome! We had some hic ups with our flight, and Sylvia was open to all the changes, which were key in relieving all the stress. Her team was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! It was very well appointed and the rooms were spacious and private. The beds were so comfortable! Marco was very responsive to any needs ! We would definitely stay her again! Loved the traditional decor !

Sabine place is as described . If you planning to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres from Puerto Juarez it is in very close proximity . Uber works really well with in Cancun except the airport . You will feel safe in the place . Sabine provided detailed instructions and check in was a breeze look no further if you are planning to stay in Cancun for a few days of going to Isla Mujeres .

The house was immaculate when we arrived! The cleaning staff are very thorough and left the space clean and ready to use, especially in the kitchen. The house is spacious and has an amazing view of the bay. Taxi drivers pass by the house frequently and it’s a short drive to Playa Norte or Playa Mía. John outdid himself as a host and sent us the most thorough info sheet to make sure we were very prepared for our stay. We had zero questions while we there and were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves at the beach!

Excellent home and perfect location. Home is located on a private street with gated security 24 hours. Next to Riu Caribbean. Quite private beach although a few people will use the beach. Walkable to a small store at the Riu Caribe to get snacks/liquor. Reel Inn across the street which has a coffee shop and cafe. Bus stop out front. Easy to catch an Uber. Amazing place we hope to use again!

This isn't our first time staying here and it won't be our last. We feel connected to the island in this peaceful corner of Playa Norte. The sound of the Caribbean lulls us to sleep each night and the firsthand view of the morning sunrise quenches our soul and fills our cup. The space is clean, equipped and meets all our needs. We have watched the island change over the years but here we still feel connected to local vibe we adore.

Our group cannot say enough wonderful things about Ana and her condo!! We were a family of 10 traveling together, so a lot of moving parts and I would say we were almost NEEDY!! Ana answered every question we had, she set us up with airport transfers, a lovely lady who came to cook for us and a private boat tour! all of the people she referred us to were so kind, on time and the prices were way better than what we would have found on our own. the condo was comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed and more and we all loved coffee on the dock in the morning until we were too hot and had to jump in!! Such a blast!! the location was walking distance to a local beach and restaurants as well as a ferry terminal. We rented cars but we stayed around town and walked quite a bit, all of us felt safe and enjoyed being emersed in the local life as opposed to a tourist pocket!! Thank you Ana for a beautiful week, we really made some great memories!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is just as pictured. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy, but also time together. The pool was used daily by our young children after a morning at the beach, which was within walking distance. We loved the beach, the white sand and the crystal clear water. We rented a golf cart for two days, which enabled us to visit the southernmost part of the island, Punta Sur. The house was spotless, the daily housekeeper very much appreciated. The location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, the beach, the promenade alongside the water. It was a charming vacation. Thank you!
