Resort vacation rentals in Cancún

We had a Wonderful family trip at the Diving Lodge! It is right on a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beach chairs. The rooms were clean and the beds were actually soft and comfortable (major plus). We had children with us and they even had some beach toys for us!! It is walking distance to places to eat or a short drive. We would definitely book again if we are in the same area.

Roger was great to work with. Responds quickly, answers questions, helps out in any way needed. We loved the resort and he made it happen without a problem!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed as guests of Jen. (Villa del Palmar is a hotel/timeshare community.) As far as I understood, there wasn't a set room. We requested and received a room with 2 Queen beds that faced the pools/ocean. Jen was very responsive and got the reservation all set up for us. The pictures are accurate and the amenities are top-notch - we really enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Greg was amazing to rent from & has been the best host I’ve dealt with on Airbnb by far. His place is immaculate, beautiful, clean, roomy and the amenities were outstanding. We were even surprised to find a washer/dryer unit which came in extra handy. The unit was supposed to be an ocean view but the hotel checked us into a garden partial ocean view. Greg contacted us to make sure everything went smooth with check-in and once he found out about the view, he personally called the hotel to try and fix it. He also called our room to let us know. The mistake in our room was not compensated by the hotel, however, Greg’s effort and going out of his way to try and help made a huge impression on us. To have a host that is so easy to reach and cares about your stay is rare to find and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends that are headed to Cancun! Aside from the little hiccup, the resort is amazing. The food at every restaurant, snack place and buffet was delicious. The waiters were constantly checking in whether we were at a restaurant, the pool or beach. There is no nightly entertainment but they did have souvenir vendors set up by the pool everyday and a live band on certain days. They also have a mini market, excursion office and covid testing place all on site which made things so easy. This place is 5 stars all the way but our host definitely gets 5 stars as well!

FIVE STARS! I had a great experience from beginning to end. Ms. Krystle was more than willing to answer all of my questions from before booking the suite up until today, my last day in her suite. She had so much patience and she was very knowledgeable about Cancun. The location was hands down, WONDERFUL. The first night, all I wanted to do was relax, which I was able to do in Krystle's luxury 1 bedroom Suite, I slept so comfortably and my remaining days, I was able to enjoy the resort, the beach and nearby activities. Thank you, Ms. Krystle for such an easy, and luxurious experience in your suite. I can't wait to be back and to explore your other locations. Stay safe.

Marlene place was Very Clean and in the perfect location. The Perfect Ocean Views

Bogue is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Made the booking process very easy. The hotel was nice, room was spacious and with a great view of the ocean and the pool. The nights get pretty loud with entertainment so I would suggest to anyone wanting to stay at sunset royal to stay on the higher floors. We were located on the 5th and could still hear music and activities from the lobby. For an all inclusive you kind of get what you pay for just don’t expect the best quality for the food. Breakfast was nice waffles pancakes etc all you can eat buffets. Lunch and dinner… ehh. Food gets very repetitive and if you stay only in the hotel you will get sick of it very quickly. The staff on the other hand are amazing always at your service and always trying to accommodate bringing drinks etc. I would recommend tipping anywhere from 1-3 dollars they will remember you !! All in all we had a great stay with minor ups and down nothing is every perfect but its expected. Would definitely stay here again and would most definitely use Bogue in the future for reservations. PS: watch out for the fees, resort has a mandatory sanitation fee at the end cost about $40 in total for 3 people.
