Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cancún

This house was perfect for our family. We had 13 people, including 2 children, 1 toddler and 2 babies. Very comfortable with room to spread out. With the large patio with pool, direct access to the beach, and close proximity to the calm ocean, most our time was spent outside. The kids were out from sun-up to sun-down. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed, included beach and water toys. It is a gated community with very friendly guards. We never felt un-safe walking around. Daniel is an excellent host. He was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. We had an issue with the washing machine, but he had it fixed within a couple of hours. I would definitely stay at one of his places again.

Leticias place was nice, clean, and overall a comfortable experience. It looks just like the pictures. It’s private and quiet but provides most amenities people enjoy (pool, Jacuzzi, beach, gym, etc) which was nice. We chose to stay here over an all inclusive to save money, even though we ended up spending the same amount if not more between paying for taxis, food, & drinks. It’s a good 25-30 min ride to most places and Uber is not available from the airport or coming from downtown so you’ll end up paying $50+ per ride. Also since it’s so far from the tourist areas, it’s less likely you’ll find people who speak English, which was a little bit of a struggle. Leticia was an awesome host and helped in any way she can and her place was beautiful, but I would probably just opt to stay in an all inclusive next time just for the convenience.

Good quiet place across from the beach. Would stay again. The only inconvenience is bathroom access through the other bedroom.

Our family had an amazing time in Cancun. The place was immaculate and only a brief walk away from the beach. There was plenty of space for our young family of 5 plus grandparents to spread out. Visiting the multiple pools, hot tubs, and the beach were a constant in our days. We enjoyed the pirate show boat tour (Jolly Roger) but would recommend booking in advance and avoiding the food! Restaurants were not convenient, and did require a drive. However, we stopped at Costco to stock up. It was well worth it for the seclusion and privacy from the typical busy destination like Cancun. The host was very responsive and always answered questions. We would highly recommend families visit here.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!

Excellent communication. The apartment is very nice and the amenities are a great plus. Preferably have a car as it is distant from the beach areas

This place was great and the description was accurate. It's literally a 2 min. walk to the beach club/pool which also has a restaurant. The food and drinks were very good here. Keep in mind there aren't any restaurants within walking distance outside of the community. As for the condo itself, it's very spacious with the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms as well as the patio in the back that has a grill and a seating and lounge area. We didn't use the kitchen a whole lot except for the sink and refrigerator, but it did look great and ready to be used for anyone who was ready to cook. Getting in is all keyless based but felt very secure because you have to get through two doors in order to get in. At night there is security walking around and I felt 100% safe around the area. We did have a small hiccup with the place but Denisa and team were able to remedy it very quickly and were effective and fast on their communication. I'd definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
