Excellent place to spend family holidays, our hostess was attentive before our arrival, in our stay and in our departure. The house is delivered as presented in the photos, it is really very comfortable and cozy, it feels like being in your own home. The location of the subdivision is very safe in addition to being at an intermediate point between Cancun and Playa del Carmen....point apart is Puerto Morelos which is simply spectacular. Without a doubt I would book again.

I had a wonderful stay. The space was exactly as described. It was great how kind and accommodating Bernardo was and always quick to respond. He made sure I felt comfortable with everything.

This is the perfect space to relax, visit Cancun and explore its surroundings. The house is in a quiet and private and secure location and within a few minutes walk one can reach Walmart supermarket and/or Plaza Outlet shopping center. This two-floor house is also spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Victor is such a kind, wonderful host. He is regularly available to help with any questions and always has a warm greeting. The ocean facing room is incredible. Ocean breezes, beautiful moonlight, and the constant waves with our own private balcony to enjoy was a treat.

We had an amazing weekend!! Ericka was always attentive to the requests we had!! The truth is, we had a great time on the property!! Everything is very well, 👍🏻 highly recommended!!

We were at ease, although the app showed us the reservation with another host resolved us quickly and well, we would have liked some more amenities, such as coffee, sugar, salt, etc., but in general it was very pleasant the stay, the host's attentions and their patience

We had a great stay. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. The terrace is just an amazing place to hang out! I travelled with to children who really loved the monkeys and iguanas hanging out next to the swimming pool. Safe and quiet, would definitely stay there again.

A pleasure to have been there, very comfortable in apartment, cleanliness and nice spaces would definitely come back with my eyes closed

Very nice place with excellent views of the sea. Excellent location, close to food venues, public transportation, and the cocobongo. The room is very comfortable and with all the amenities. Condominium has a pool and direct Forum beach access with its own beds, but no umbrellas. The room has beach umbrella for guest use.

although we were only one night, we loved the place and it has everything very nice. i'm sure we'll be back.

Can’t say enough great things about the place. The view is absolutely breathtaking, a great location with lots of dining options and the beach is a few steps away. The hotel amenities were perfect and Mely was an awesome hostess. She was communicative and really made us feel welcome. Gustavo also did an amazing job with the transportation. Finally, the place was perfect for our group, beds were comfortable, living space was perfect and it had plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!!!
