Nela’s place isn’t just beautiful but also very practical. It’s very close to the activities on the hotel zone but still in a private and quiet part of the zone. Nela is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and asking about your experience. Nela is also very generous with advice when asked. It was a pleasure staying at Nela’s beautiful place and we will definitely visit again very soon.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Very good hosts, highly recommend to anyone looking for a private and beautiful place to stay.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

This place was exactly as advertised! It was actually better than I thought! Me and my wife loved it and considered it our honeymoon! Even though we travel to a few other places prior to this within the last six months! That should tell you how much we loved this place. I’m definitely coming back!

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.

Excellent place, the view is spectacular from the apartment's balcony, the reception service and the cleanliness is fantastic, my only drawback is that there was a coffee maker but there was no coffee, apart from that everything is wonderful.

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

The place was very clean and all instructions were very clearly laid out for access etc. The condo was pleasant and the amenities in the building and nearby were great; we really loved the rooftop pool. There is only one restaurant and it close’s fairly early at 7, but it was easy and affordable to get an Uber to take us to restaurants nearby. Overall we would recommend staying here as we had an enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Beautiful apartment located in a nice, safe area! The included facilities (beach club, roof top) are excellent. Can only recommend it, was the best AirBNB of our 2 weeks trip.

The stay was excellent, as it is very central to do anything, from restaurants, archaeological sites, beaches, etc., and that helped us a lot to go out and explore. Also, the owner of the house was super nice, as he helped us with everything, and made the stay very pleasant. The place is 100% recommended

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

One-night stay before departure. We would have liked to have been able to enjoy it more. The accommodation matched the description, I would even say that it was larger, necessary equipment, access to the beach on foot 50 m away. Very good responsiveness from our host Karla, thanks for her kindness and responsiveness😉. I recommend this place.

everything was perfect Just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean and matches the descriptions. Very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I go to Cancun.

The whole place is excellent, a good location, and it's just as shown in the picture. One small thing is that Lorena took a while to answer, but the service was very good. I recommend it 😉

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The place is nice, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the exits to the railway if you plan to go to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is very well maintained, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always available for any issue. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory for cooking.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!
