Great place and location

Excellent apartment, very nice and complete. Without a doubt, if we return to Playa del Carmen, we will choose this apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. Thank you Sergio, Doug, and team!

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We liked the location because you can walk to the main strip within 2 minutes but also stay in a quiet spot so you can get some good night sleep.

The place is very comfortable and clean, the location is excellent, it has a very nice beach. The pool is very nice with a beautiful view of the sea. Spacious parking. Everything was amazing

Very well located near amenities. Clean pool with several chairs available. Location a little noisy because of the karaoke which is close but that didn't stop us from sleeping well! I would come back without hesitation!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The place is exceptional, as described in the photos. Communication with Livna was excellent. Our family felt very comfortable in the home. I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent property for families, it's not as accessible without private transportation. Suitable for activities near the area. The house and the furnishings are first-class. I suggest that the stay can be made more pleasant if there are details such as coffee, tea, oil, oatmeal, and especially water available for guests to drink.

This airbnb has everything you need, great pool, rooms, a/c, very cute place. Would stay again

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Dan’s place was the perfect home to host our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We made such amazing memories during our stay. We especially loved the big round table for all of us to feast on the recommended chef’s cuisine. He arranged a fantastic trip to swim with the turtles and see the cenotes. Highly encourage everyone to experience this!

Lovely accommodations: clean and safe. Easiest checkin with a super responsive host. Would definitely book again!

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Excellent service, we had a problem with the second lock but there was no problem in repairing it and from there everything was fine, we had everything at hand, the washing machine was excellent, which was a plus and the AC was great, I would come back here without hesitation

My family of 4 loved our stay here. It's perfectly located midway between the beach and Quinta Avenida, with lots of stores, restaurants, and nightlife. The space is beautifully renovated and functional, and was very clean. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and it was really nice to have a dedicated indoor parking spot. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay, close to 5 avenue, close to night life and restaurants. Only downside, the internet is slow and does reach all the rooms and upstairs floor properly. Other than awesome place to stay, definitely coming back to this place in the future
