We had nine guests coming to town for an event they were part of and Tamar's house was in the perfect location for them to get where they needed to go. She was quick to respond to our request and sent pertinent info in a timely manner. The location, home, and backyard area were great. Our guests felt right at home. 5/5 stars

This home was well worth the cost and such a pleasant place to stay!

Booked this house so I could have my wedding weekend/bridal party to get ready here, and it was truly perfect! Not only does the have the most gorgeous views but the large windows were great for natural lighting for the makeup team! The island and long counters were great for both hair and makeup teams! The house is about 15 minutes away from lost mission which was super convenient! The beds were extremely comfortable and I’m actually obsessed with their bath towels! I had some questions about the house and they responded so quickly! Definitely worth every penny!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay for a girl’s weekend. Location was beautiful and felt safe. Kitchen was well stocked - easy to use coffee maker. Beds comfy! We really enjoyed the hot tub and string lights outside. It is the perfect location to bring your dog! My dog loved the fenced back yard and doggy door!! Overall a great stay- 10/10 would recommend!

Ann's mattresses are super comfy. I think they are a hybrid mattress. My family also loved that we got to use Ann's hot tub one evening despite the extremely low temps this week. The hot tub heats up really quickly. The location of Ann's home is close to a lot of big box shopping, which I had no idea about if that's your thing. I personally loved that it was an easy short drive to the historic Congress St. We ate our best breakfast at Magnolia Cafe. I highly recommend the quirky fun vibe and variety of selection. We also feel in love with Summer Moon Coffee! So much so that we ended up trying two different locations in the Austin area.

Beautiful house! Went for a couple of nights for a family gathering and we had a great time. Happy we could bring our dogs, too. It’s peaceful, everything seemed new, and we saw LOTS of deer. The kitchen was comfortable, the yard was nice and we also enjoyed the hot tub. Would recommend staying here.

I would definitely recommend staying at Axel’s airbnb. He was communicative throughout the entire trip. The airbnb was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard was the highlight of the trip!! We enjoyed the hot tub and lounge area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a true highlight, perfect for relaxation with the heated pool and hot tub. Our hosts, Anna & Jeremy, were incredibly helpful, responsive to all our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe, clean, and felt very secure in a gated community. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property!

Great house! Loved all the little details and touches around the house. Very clean and inviting and a beautiful space to spend time. Loved having coffee by the pool each morning. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Loved our stay and would come back again!

Nice quiet neighbourhood. Great pool to relax in after long day. Most venues such as the Alamo and other missions are easy driving distance. Enjoyed the place.

Great place to stay. We have stayed in this home several times over the years in our travels to San Antonio. It is well maintained, the location is great, and the house is comfortable. The best part of it though is Ernesto and Alicia, the hosts of this property. They are friendly, communicate quickly, and take obvious pride in their property.

We had an amazing weekend at this property! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We loved the large living room, where we could all hang out together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook family meals. Our host was very responsive and welcoming, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches. She was quick to respond and made attempts to solve issues that we had. Great stay during Christmas holidays. Close to sea world and lots of restaurants close by. Daniel was very responsive all the time. Paid extra to get the pool heated but totally worth it. Used the home theatre for couple of movies and was quite amazing experience.

this place is absolutely amazing. All the way from the sunrise to the sunset, it's very peaceful and you feel right at home. Definitely cool staying in a place built in the 1800's you can lay in bed and imagine life back then what they may have did for entertainment or just the general conversations about the things going on back then. The bathroom and shower is awesome along with the kitchen and tv area.

This place is AMAZING! The property and house were beautiful and peaceful. We felt so happy and right at home from the moment we walked in. The home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, all the appliances work very well, and there is a lot of room/space in the home. The personal touches set it apart from every other Airbnb we have stayed at. Amanda had a crib and white noise machine set up for us, dog toys and treats for us, and dog beds for use. Exploring the property with our dogs and baby was a hi light. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

Westview Retreat is a great location for hiking and boating. Though the lake is at an all time low due to a drought, the community was informative and boating company we used to rent a pontoon were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and best areas to venture. Westview is a quiet neighborhood and a short distance from great hiking. The amenities and home felt like home, very clean, comfortable, and easy to maintain. Appliances and furniture uptodate and overall cozy. Definitely need to visit again.

We had a great stay, loved that our kids (5 and 8yo) saw deer visiting outside.

The house and property made for a great weekend with friends! We loved sitting out by the fire place / fire pit, and the outdoor patio near the river was serene. This place was even better than the photos let on. Roby was responsive and a great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Comfortable and peaceful home with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Great location to watch the deer and birds and great view of the river from the front porch. Wonderful location for us to enjoy downtown Wimberley and to attend a wedding at a nearby Wimberley ranch.

Had an absolutely delightful time. The home is well furnished and relaxing- very well stocked kitchen. The view is perfection. The deck is a wonderful to enjoy to grill out and enjoy the end of the day. Highly recommend and hope to come back!

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
