Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Nice, safe, and convenient area (plenty of stores and food nearby, including Walmart). Clean apartment. Alex was responsive and helpful. Note that one of the rooms (the one I stayed in) is someone's bedroom with all their clothes and other things, so don't expect to use any space in the closet or dresser. I would stay there again.

The Buttercup Cottage was a wonderful little place to stay. We didn't use the pool because it's winter, but want to come back when warmer. Very cute and clean apartment, very comfortable bed. Two extra twin floor mattresses were in the closet with plenty of linens. Enjoyed the balcony and the shared yard for some sunshine. Very close to the Square.

This home is so cute and comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The Hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a very quiet peaceful area with deer wandering the property. We will stay there again! Definitely recommend it!

My parents stayed here for my wedding and we used the place as the Head Quarters for getting ready. It was everything I could have ever wanted in an airbnb. The owners are extremely sweet and the house was just unbelievable. We had an amazing time here.

Carla's place is what an Airbnb experience should be like. It's location was as described, perfectly situation between the beautiful vineyards in the 290 corridor, Main St of Fredericksburg was a ~25 min drive away. The house is very well kept, with an amazing kitchen and a corner small dining area that is a delight. The best part was Carla took special care and had stocked the refrigerator with breakfast items, it even had extra garbage bags dishwasher tabs, something Airbnb hosts tend to miss. The bathroom had ample towels and supplies. The floors in two of the bedrooms do squeak a bit, but that is a minor nitpick in an otherwise amazing stay.

We loved our stay at the Plumeria Retreat! It was so clean, comfortable and peaceful. The location on the lake, to sit on the deck and watch the ducks, geese and squirrels was very enjoyable. Andrea and Steve have thought of everything possible so their guests can have a 5 star plus stay!

Great location, responsive host, house was spacious inside and looked just like pictures. Only “complaint”: the driveway is small for how many the house can accommodate so we did have to park on the road so we didn’t block the driveway.

We were there for the week of Thanksgiving with 14 adults and 1 toddler. We appreciated having two gathering spaces and the setting was beautiful. It was nice to not feel like we had neighbors so close. I did not check the listing closely when I booked but it clearly states that the pool is not heated; and due to the time of year we were there it could not be heated at all. Unsure if we would have paid to have it heated as cost was high. Overall, we appreciated the space. Beds were comfortable.

I really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful place. Instructions were clear, host was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the privacy. Definitely got the seclusion/outdoors/ranch experience with the convenience of local restaurants only a few minutes away. Will definitely stay here again.
