Emily is more than a Super Host...She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and appreciated. Emily responds quickly to any questions or requests, has great recommendations for area features, is extremely flexible with any situation that arises, and maintains a beautiful guest house with all necessary amenities and plenty of privacy. I plan to stay here each time I visit the Austin area (this my second stay) and highly recommend this beautiful guest house and Emily as a Super Host! Sincerely, Ricky Kim Wrinkle Silverton, CO

Can't say enough how nice this property is. Located in a secluded neighborhood, there are 2 HEB grocery stores within a 5 minute drive as well as restaurants. Hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. As nice as the pictures and description are, we really felt like home during our stay. Thank you Todd and Darlene for sharing such a nice place

Airy, Light-filled Guest House

BeckyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Monica was EXTREMELY ez to work/communicate with, we choose her guest house as it was a ez walk to our daughters home. Lots of street parking in a quiet & safe neighborhood w/ ez access to freeway PLUS excellent food, coffee + cocktails within walking distance. We stayed over 30 days and the 1 bedroom (comfy bed) guest home served our needs easily. Nicely appointed open kitchen leads into sitting area, bright space with large windows, French doors & plants made me feel more at home. Appliances all CLEAN, as was the entire unit!!!! Extra sheets & towels, the walk in closet + stackable w/d were a blessing too~ all cleaning supplies, laundry & shower gels lasted for our entire stay~Monica added a full cleaning during our stay which a WONDERFUL bonus!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Monica again ~

Come visit The Garden Studio

MichelleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is out in the country so if you’re looking for quiet, this is a good spot. The hosts make this place a wonderful choice. So nice. Money the cat greeter was sweet to come back to after going out. So friendly. It’s a dog rescue so be aware of multiple dogs who may at times bark but they are so great about putting them up early in the evening and mornings. Next time I’ll get the front larger space and stay a while Longer!

Guest house in town! Blocks from square

KimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We come to Blanco once a month and we always stay here. Serenity and Justin are incredible hosts and the space is perfect! It is clean and has everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful visit. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and the bed is super comfortable. You are within walking distance of downtown Blanco which has a great brewery, lovely restaurants (Redbud Cafe is a favorite of ours - the Reuben and Blanco Burger are amazing!), and a number of quaint shops. You are also a 5 minute drive from Blanco State Park. It goes without saying, there is so much to do and then you can head back to this gem of a space and relax. We highly recommend Serenity's and Justin's place!!

Austin Cabin

AndreaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I loved this place! It’s not close to many things if that’s what you’re going for. For me, it was near several friends I was in town visiting so exactly what I needed. It was very easy to find, quiet, and clean. We had an issue with the deadbolt from the inside and got stuck inside when our DoorDash arrived, but Chris was there within 5 minutes to fix the lock. He was super apologetic as he took the lock apart. He offered to replace it that night but we were fine with him doing a temporary fix and waiting until checkout to replace it. The place felt very safe and secure. It was a basic room but had everything we needed. I didn’t use the outside fire pit but it looked like a cozy spot. I’d highly recommend this one.

We have stayed in Lisa’s casita before and we hope to visit again. It is nice and comfortable and tucked away so we feel safe. It is in a a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Lisa is a gracious host who thinks of extra details to make one’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. We asked last minute if we could check in early (on a holiday). Lisa made it possible and was kind about our request.

The Rush Inn

VirginieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood, conveniently located not far from South Congress and Downtown, but away from the crowd. I found it easily thanks to Joe's instructions, even if I arrived at night, and happily found the room with toiletries and snacks, it was great to unwind after a long journey. The apartment is clean and well thought out. The bedding is very comfortable, the shower has nice water pressure, the toilet is "Japanese". Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend staying at the Rush Inn! Thank you Liz and Joe !

Relax at the GOAT: Clean, Great Views & Serene

AdamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the pleasure of staying in the GOAT property for a little staycation. The property was as described and the outdoor area was definitely the highlight for us. So relaxing and calming with a lot of space for our dogs to enjoy also. The house was very well decorated and had all the amenities we required. There was a few minor hiccups but Kelly was extremely responsive and addressed these with a great level of attention and also with a fantastic approach to providing a customer first mentality and provided superb service!! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and thank you Kelly for a great experience!!!

Willow Retreat House in the CIty

AnnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
VERY private and quiet back house with own carport and entrance. Hosts were quick and friendly in responding to texts but otherwise respected your level of engagement (I was a 2 week stay). Safe neighborhood and super convenient location with the ability to hit several big “errand” stores in just a couple of miles. LOVELY walking/run trails nearby but it was too cold during my stay to explore them. Kind, flexible hosts. For sure a stand out among San Antonio’s Airbnb options!

SoCo & South 1st Gem: Walk to Shops & More!

CodyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our stay here for the weekend was wonderful. The little home has its own entrance and driveway/parking right in front of the house off of the back alley. There is a small outdoor seating area under some trees and it would be a great place for a morning coffee if you wanted. The house itself is well equipped with a full-size kitchen, a nice bed and desk area, laundry, and a clean bathroom, which has great water pressure. We were able to get right in at check-in and felt right at home in the area, which is very walkable and has everything right there. Bre was clear and communicated well and everything in the house was ready for us and easy to figure out. Thank you so much, we loved it and hope to be back soon! Thank you

Secluded Studio @ Zilker - King Bed, Bright & Airy

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A great place to come back to after spending the day in Austin. Perfect amount of space for two. I am always worried about the comfort of mattresses (it’s always a gamble!), but this was one of the best I’ve slept on! It is on a quiet street and a short Uber to many local restaurants and breweries. Amy was incredibly responsive and readily available for any questions/needs we may have had (we had none!).

Brent's place is absolutely lovely. The neighborhood is so pretty, quiet, filled with trees, minutes to really good neighborhood market where you'll find all you need, and great cafes and restaurants, all within an easy walk. Close to the water and wonderful trails! You wouldn't know you were just a few minutes from downtown Austin! The bed is heavenly. Shower great. Everything we needed. Washer dryer great. Large patio is wonderful!! And all completely private. Sightline from every window is trees. Kitchen has everything you need including an electric kettle, which we really appreciated. Great dishwasher. Great under-counter fridge and freezer which was perfect for us. There are so many close great markets that we weren't needing a huge fridge. And we were there for two weeks. Parking on the street is easy and plentiful. Brent is an excellent host, and this is an excellent place! Thank you Brent for making our stay so comfortable, seamless, and relaxing!

Charming 1 bedroom Guesthouse Apt. in Tarrytown

KateRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was a wonderful place to stay! So many amenities, lovely layout and close to grocery store and to my daughter’s family. I highly recommend this AirBnB. Kelly was very communicative, letting us know details about any small thing to make us comfortable. My only concern would be the very high AirBnB Service fees. Thank you, Kelly, for a wonderful stay in Austin!
