We loved this house! We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting outside. Hosts Marcos and Bob were very easy to communicate with. The location is perfect for us as we have family who live in the neighborhood. There are nice neighbors, easy streets for walking the dogs and its a peaceful area. We can't say enough positive things about this house, the hosts, and our stay. Thank you!

The house was as described and felt much more spacious inside than even the photos had depicted. We had 7-9 adults there (depending on the day) and there was more than enough room for everyone. I would love to come back with kids too. I love walking, and could get to the beach, beach shops, Dollar General, and some restaurants easily within walking distance (0.2-0.5 miles I walked to many places). We noticed a couple things upon arrival that needed a repair, so the hosts had a very friendly maintenance associate come out the very next morning to fix everything we showed him. Very responsive hosts. I would stay again.

Such a great place to stay! Carole was a communicative, welcoming, and accommodating host who clearly takes great care to provide guests with the best stay possible. Would highly recommend this spot for folks who want to enjoy some of Austin’s food truck scene as there’s a cute food truck park nearby at the corner of Elizabeth street and S 1st street (Bananarchy was a particular favorite).

During a recent stay at an Airbnb in Austin, I had the pleasure of staying at a property hosted by Larry. The home was impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and greeted us with a clean and fresh ambiance from the moment we walked in. Larry’s exceptional hospitality stood out throughout our visit. His attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs were remarkable, and he handled every request with patience and professionalism. Given the outstanding experience, Larry’s property will be my top choice for future Airbnb stays in Austin, provided it’s available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The airbnb was clean, in an easy to find spot and felt safe and quiet. The house was spacious and open floored making it easy to entertain and connect. The location is perfect for Rainey St. and Congress, being a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. Taylor was a kind and attentive host, and was also willing to be flexible when permitted. We would absolutely recommend this home and would choose it again if we find ourselves back in Austin.

Had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat for girl’s birthday weekend. The space boasted a creative flair, inside and out. Loved the walk ability to all the hot spots in SoCo neighborhood, all While being close to downtown ATX for additional exploration and entertainment. Bill was super welcoming and we enjoyed his local recommendations, while sipping our morning coffee poolside. A top notch property and host! Would love to come back for another visit and stay. Wonderful place to stay. We had an issue with another residence we were staying at. Contacted Christy with short notice and she was not only able to accommodate us that day but she also was able to get us in early so we had a place to go. Next time we will be booking only with Christy. She was also very quick to respond with any questions

Dana is a wonderful host. Super responsive and flexible. She checked in a couple of times over our stay to see how we were doing. The home is spacious and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely which includes a large patio, swing, and pool. Highly recommend for anyone needing a spot near The Woodlands.
