My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

This house is probably the best location for it’s walkability to the coolest strip of beach in Surfside. The place was clean and creatively decorated—looks like newly renovated floors and countertops with custom art on the walls. Very chill, surfer vibe with a nice dark second bedroom for my wife to sleep in. Wi-Fi was strong enough for uninterrupted video calls and roku. Plus there’s some good eating nearby—fancy and dirty Cajun alike.

Jennifer was really kind to be flexible with check in & check out times and it’s a really cute place to stay. Clean, had extra fans, plenty of towels, an extra mattress and a box spring etc. Not far away from the strip and still very close to the beach. She was very accommodating and you can tell she enjoys making her guests feel comfortable!

Very nice place right off the beach road. I would definitely recommend this place if you like to be close to the water a lot and want an easy route there as well. Mark and Ashley were great communicators and the place was awesome.

The location is amazing with beach view and easy access. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Ice maker was impressive so there was always plenty of ice. The over sized balcony was perfect for lounging or dining no matter what the weather threw at you.

LITC was a perfect getaway for our family of 4. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend with our 2 boys ages 11 and 8. When you pull up, there is covered parking, an outside dining table, water hose to wash off sandy beach gear and 30 second walk to pool- just perfect! As you enter the house, the most precious and perfectly decorated beach decor welcomes you! The living room has a large tv, coffee table large enough to play games and is open to the kitchen area. Small island in kitchen had two bar stools. While the space is snug, there was plenty of room for our family over 4. Master had comfy bed with beautiful relaxing bedding, an oversized closet, and ceiling fan. Bunk room has built in shelves, outlets easily assessable on top and bottom bunk. We rented a golf cart, and it was an approx 3 minute short drive to the beach, drove cart all over the area to restaurants, snow cones, candy store and ocean waves coffee shop. We will be back to LITC!!

We enjoyed our stay as my family lives nearby. It was so convenient due to we were preparing for a wedding 💒. It was a nice peaceful place. Close to everything and the host really helped us out with a little hiccup we had. I would recommend staying here. My favorite was the atmosphere of the home’s structure. 🥰 beautiful 🤩

For the location of this place the price was amazing wether walking or catching Lyft or uber was very inexpensive. Great set up and house stayed very cool at preferred settings. Parking was easy too
