Word’s cant express the gratitude I have for these amazing super-hosts for doing everything in their power to make my dream baecation with my partner a perfect little getaway, from the house to the local recommendations, everything was flawless. We cant wait to return!

Very good place! Near Caddo lake and state park within 10min. Big yard easy to see the sky and stars. But the place showing on the map in Airbnb when I booked is a little misleading.

Loved the view in the morning….unfortunately I was there for work reasons but will not hesitate to book for a get away or vacation

Our group had a wonderful weekend! The place is just like the pictures. Beautiful and relaxing. So many nice touches throughout the property. Lots of amenities. Lake was low but still enjoyable and well worth the stay. Don’t hesitate to stay here, this is a top notch property and excellent host!

This is our 4th time to stay. We love the home and the Sea Isle area. The view is wonderful from the back of the house, to the front. Over the years we have stayed we have been blessed to stay longer than we did when we first started coming here. It is definitely, clean comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. Beach access roads are close by too. We hope to come back for another enjoyable time soon.

Wonderful house for a weekend getaway. House exactly as described. Neighborhood leading up to property is less than desirable, but once behind the gate you are greeted with a beautiful lake side property. On site hostess was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Nice quiet weekend, would stay again.

Highly recommend. Cynthia was a wonderful host. Very responsive. The location of their home is ideal as it sits alongside the Blanco River. We will definitely be back!

Peace. Unplug. Sitback. Relax. View the river from the four paned window and enjoy the multitude of wildlife from spotted and mule deer to turkeys and cardinals. Better yet, dive in and kayak down the river while catching a variety of fish. Throughout the day grill your food . As a bonus the local cat comes and says "hello". Im renewed. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful and peaceful stay at the cottage Ray was very nice responsive and friendly we are definitely looking forward on staying there again 😊

The Hen House is a comfortable little place tucked down a back road in Magnolia. We stayed there for ren fest and it's a short drive over to Todd Mission with hardly any traffic. Plus, it isn't very far from Tomball and Spring where you can find plenty of restaurants and grocery stores to stock up. The crown of the experience were the bathrooms; both excellent designs with rejuvenating tubs - definitely necessary after a long day trudging the fair grounds.

although there was rain, we still enjoyed our stay ! I'm glad we had privacy one the campers left. The water began to clear and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! be prepared to get your steps in, the kayak is heavy but not overly heavy for 2 people. our dog had the best time and I thought it was worth the price!

The cottage is lovely and the surroundings are absolutely gorgeous! We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was the perfect spot to be close by to family in Victoria while also being able to enjoy some peaceful time off. Beware if you have reactive dogs, there are lots of deer and several neighboring off leash dogs—but we had no issues!

Host were very polite and responsive. Home really made us feel relaxed and cozy. Pier was amazing and the host supplied everything. I’d recommend this home to anyone going out and definitely would stay again. May this home and host be blessed always

Sharon is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The farm is lovely and very peaceful and relaxing. Sweet animals around and beautiful plants everywhere. I enjoyed sitting in the yard and looking at the water, especially when Sharon helped me build a beautiful fire in the firepit. What a relaxing evening!

This place incredible this is the host that has confirmed me to move to Texas from Illinois thank you to wonderful host and co host I had no issues at all and the family with we all tried our best to respect the house and neighbors we didn’t really use any of things the host had to offer but we definitely would have if we weren’t always on the go. Fantastic place definitely would visit again with a big family visit again.

Fantastic host, first time using Airbnb and couldn’t have a better first time. They were hands down nicest hosts we could’ve asked for and made some DELICIOUS cookies!!! We loved our weekend at Clancys Canoe. We were able to pop down the road to a farmers market and great antique shops in Winnsboro, take a quick hike at the state park and enjoyed the firepit on our cool evening with a full moon over the lake . The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the full lake views from kitchen. A great getaway!

A Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway We decided to spend Thanksgiving away from home with just our family of four, and this cabin was the perfect spot for our quiet retreat. The scenery every morning was absolutely breathtaking and such a welcome change from our busy city life. Ashley, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, providing detailed instructions before, during, and after our stay. Her quick responses made everything so much easier and more relaxing for us. The cabin was ideal for a small group, and my favorite part of the whole stay was enjoying my morning coffee while taking in the stunning views of the woods and lake. It was such a peaceful experience—three nights felt like an entire week! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

We love staying in this cozy cabin when we come into town for Santa’s Wonderland! Very thoughtful and accommodating hosts. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet little A-Frame. We were in town for a wedding at The Cinnamon Barn not too far away. We were able to drive to McKinney one of the days and enjoy their beautiful downtown—less than a 20 minute drive from this house. We really enjoyed our weekend here! Plenty to do within driving distance or lots of spots to relax around this house!

First of all, Leslie was very responsive and communicated very well. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for in Bullard and was very quaint and cute. The lakefront property was awesome to wake up to each day. The house had everything you need for a week-long stay from soaps, to linens, towels, cooking utensils- we did not lack anything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
