Jennifer's place made my family and I feel right at home for the weekend. The place was super clean, cozy, inviting, and looked even better than the photos in real life! We had our dog with us and Jennifer was more than happy to accommodate for the furry fam. Definitely use the fire pit if you have time! This was definitely the highlight of our night, it's right on the water! We had a small issue with the lock on the door but Jennifer and her husband were super responsive to helping the situation. I would highly recommend staying here, and we'd love to come again!!

We had a short stay while visiting family in the area. Very convenient and comfortable. Lovely space and very clean!

Great place!! Would definitely recommend. Walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. Clean home and bed was good to sleep in. Two ACs made sleeping very comfortable.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Dewey House! Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Diana and Dave were very warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The lake was gorgeous and I enjoyed seeing all the ducks and swans, and even an eagle! I was in the area to sing a concert and they kindly let me sing a bit warm up my voice before leaving for rehearsal! All in all it was a lovely stay in a spectacular setting with friendly and gracious hosts. I hope to come back someday!

I enjoyed my Thanksgiving holiday stay in Newport. Brandon’s place was conveniently located just a mile away from my daughter’s house, which was full over the holiday. It was so nice having the whole place to myself. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had everything to make your stay comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine and plenty of other goodies provided, too! The temperature dropped significantly in the evenings, but the unit quickly became warm and cozy within minutes of my arrival. I loved the neighborhood, which was nice and quiet, and I felt very safe there by myself. There was plenty of street parking right in front of the house, as it was off season. For anyone planning a trip to Newport during peak season, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Brandon was such a thoughtful and considerate host and provided me with so much helpful information. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Beautiful views of the bay in a lovely, clean, modern space. We enjoyed watching the sunrises from bed and played several of the games (scrabble, uno etc.) in the evenings. The snack and drink basket was very thoughtful and much appreciated! We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Roger Williams University. We look forward to staying here in the future. Our whole family was able to be together during the difficult time around a funeral.

Part of me doesn’t want to write a positive review because I don’t want word to get out!! This cottage has quite a view. One that is not fully appreciated in the photos. We had the most amazing sunset. Latham park had a fun playground that my 8/9 year old were entertained by, and there were plenty of infants as well. Easy walk from the cottage. everything as described. Terrific!

Beautiful home with breathtaking views in the backyard of the pond. It was more than enough space for us. The rate was incredibly low for what we were getting and I want to thank Alyssa for that. There were a few minor cosmetic repairs that need to be done but they did not affect our stay at all. Definitely a 5-star for us.

All 8 of us had a wonderful time in the beautiful, clean, equipped house. We loved having the pool and hot tub to take a dip at the end of our beach day!! I highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Lucy's home. Got lucky enough to have warmer than normal temps for Nov and had some great time on the deck enjoying the water view and watching the boats come and go. Lucy was a very attentive host and quick to respond!

Great stay at the lake. Beautiful surroundings and use of kayak was an amazing perk. All mod cons provided. Easy travel to and from Boston/Cape Cod.

This was our second time staying at Pelham Court - there was no hesitation when we were planning our trip. You can't beat the location, as it's accessible to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Thanksgiving was an ugly day unfortunately, but having a fireplace in our room made staying in worthwhile. Our dog travels with us, and we appreciate the accommodations for her too (and for the park within feet of the hotel.) Hunter and the rest of the staff are super friendly and very responsive. Thank you for being on our favorite list! We will return again soon - can't wait to see the courtyard in bloom! Missy & Tom

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Club Wyndham at Long Wharf. Condominium style apartment with large living room / dining area that was great for me and my parents. Conveniently located and in a quiet part of town. Parking was easy and secure. Lobster Shack was less than 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed two meals there. Description says harbor view but there are no views of harbor directly from the unit - I'm assuming they mean from the street. Front desk was very friendly and super responsive, they provided an electric kettle almost immediately upon request. That was the only thing missing from the well stocked and very clean kitchen. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

My sisters and I enjoyed a fabulous visit to Newport, RI after almost a decade of being away from New England. Coming off season was delightful - fewer crowds, happy merchants and service people, great restaurants and shops still open and available. Our condominium had private, reserved parking (two spots). The building felt safe and secure. The elevator to the top floor unit was very helpful with our luggage and belongings. Each of us enjoyed the pleasure of having our own bedrooms and bathrooms to use. Newport is very walkable. Once the car was parked in the garage, we only had to take it out once to do a scenic drive. Otherwise there was plenty of strolling, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks was a short walk from the condo and opened at 5:30am each morning. I was the sister elected to be the early bird to walk to get coffee for the group. I felt safe and enjoyed the pre-dawn walk in the crisp, cool Fall air. Fabulous vacation, thanks!

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

condo was in a great neighborhood close to what we planned on seeing, they had a king bed and 2 baths also a washer and dryer. We brought things from home but they also had tea bags and 2 bottles of water in the fridge and supplies in the bathroom if you did not come prepared such as body wash, lotion and lotion. I was very pleased as the condo was modern and Elle was there when we checked in. They also allowed for an early check in

Our stay at Paul's place in Newport was great. The property was as described with a beautiful view of the harbor. There was some wear and tear in the unit, but no more than one would expect of a place that gets a lot of use. I thought it was clean and was set up well for my wife and me. The location was perfect with many restaurants, shops and sights to see within walking distance. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop deck on several occasions, to see the sunset or to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner. If we head back to Newport someday, I will definitely rent this unit again, if available.
