We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Stayed for holiday lights at Mansions. Minutes from the center of Newport, beaches, cliff walk with lots to do.

Spacious, well-maintained home with sweeping water views! We had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and the house is located near downtown Warren with many amenities. This didn’t disappoint.

All 8 of us had a wonderful time in the beautiful, clean, equipped house. We loved having the pool and hot tub to take a dip at the end of our beach day!! I highly recommend!!

This home is a hidden gem! The house itself is gorgeous and surrounded by incredibly peaceful meadows and conservation plots. This special one in a million location is so special and rare. The pool is so beautiful, is salt water, was super clean and big enough to swim laps in! The pickle ball court was a perfect spot to practice tennis with our two young girls who have been taking lessons. The outdoor patio is vast and includes a serene outdoor living room/ dining area that can both fit several people. To find this much beauty so close to the beaches and restaurants that newport offers, but away from the crowds, was the perfect combination for our summer Rhode Island trip. We will be back for sure!

A cozy house decorated with vibrant original art work. An easy walk to stores and a nice local restaurant. The host Victor went above and beyond expectations by re-shipping a package that arrived after our stay.

This house was perfect for our party of five with plenty of bedrooms and space to hang out. We needed a location that allowed for easy day trips to Providence, Boston, and Newport and this fit the bill--the house is in a very quiet street but close to highway access. The hot tub was terrific to have for our visit during the fall, and I bet the pool and whole backyard hangout area are terrific in the summer. (We didn't dare use the fire pit as there were red flag warnings!) The basement games were great for our teens to play and there are toys and bunk beds for younger kids. WiFi is fast (also important for teens). There isn't a large dining room table if you have a big party but we found it fine for us--and the kitchen counter has seating. Catherine was super responsive and proactively sent a reminder about trash/recycling day, which was helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

The house at Westport Point is beautiful, on a peaceful, picturesque street. There's lots of hiking in the area, beaches, boating and water activities, great waterfront restaurants. The house is close to New Bedford and Fall River and about a 45 minute drive from Providence, RI. The house itself is small but well-equipped, clean, nicely modernized, and very comfortable. There's a well-appointed kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a great shower. Emery, the host, was great -- very friendly and professional in all our communications. I couldn't recommend this house more highly.

We had a lovely long weekend! The view is amazing and the sunsets and sunrises even better. This place was perfect to celebrate a birthday with our family - easy beach access and enough common spaces for us all. I am already missing the view.

Donna literally thought of everything possible, from the history of the location to clear directions on how to use the amenities. most responsive kind owner I've encountered...sweet touches homemade bread from local bakery and ice cream vouchers for my daughters. the house was exactly as mentioned clean instantly right st home. close to beach with chairs and towels beach bags. close to fort close to restaurants. would recommend tomes q0

Great place to stay for a small family.

This is a beautiful home in a stunning area of the country. Lily was quick to communicate with us and very responsive. Additionally, the home has excellent labeling on everything which I appreciated so much (no stumbling around in the kitchen!) and very clear instructions about everything about the house. This was also a very well equipped rental (kitchen basics etc)--which makes a huge difference in terms of comfort and ease.

Wonderfully clean, exactly as pictured, cute home in a beautiful area of Portsmouth. Small but with spacious kitchen and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive and was so accommodating to my requests. Just a few minutes walk to the beach...Portsmouth and Tiverton are so beautiful; incredible scenery wherever you look.

Our whole family was able to be together during the difficult time around a funeral.

Part of me doesn’t want to write a positive review because I don’t want word to get out!! This cottage has quite a view. One that is not fully appreciated in the photos. We had the most amazing sunset. Latham park had a fun playground that my 8/9 year old were entertained by, and there were plenty of infants as well. Easy walk from the cottage. everything as described. Terrific!

It is a very nice house, open and airy but also comfy and cozy. Great views of the water, boats/ships and wildlife. (Great tip about the ship tracking app). The house was stocked way beyond expectations or anything we’ve ever experienced before in all of our travels. All linens: sheets, blankets, comforters, towels, dish towels, etc. were top quality. Best we’ve ever experienced while on vacation. All the comforts of home but with a new place to experience adventures, relax and fall in love with. We can’t say enough positive things about what an awesome host Jenny is. From the beginning to the end, the personal touches when we arrived, the communication, the friendly conversations, the quick responses, Jenny really is a 5-star host. Beautiful home with breathtaking views in the backyard of the pond. It was more than enough space for us. The rate was incredibly low for what we were getting and I want to thank Alyssa for that. There were a few minor cosmetic repairs that need to be done but they did not affect our stay at all. Definitely a 5-star for us.

My daughter and I stayed her for week and felt right at home. Great, safe, quiet neighborhood AND close to the beach! Downtown Barrington was very charming with lots of small businesses. We particularly enjoyed the book shop. Dakota’s home was very clean, well stocked and organized. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a beautifully decorated home with every amenity. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, close to many tasty restaurants. Ariela was so responsive and so pleasant. It was a delightful stay!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights over Thanksgiving with our family. Matthew ordered a crockpot, mixer and bowls for us because I had mentioned needing them to cook the big dinner. So kind! Kitchen was well equipped, house is spotless and comfortable. Great value and wonderful for a family stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!! Thank you Matthew!!
