Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Full-size condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and living room and a kitchen. Pool and hot tub on the property and let’s not forget, in downtown Newport. Chris, the host was very responsive and gave great inside information about the property. I stayed here for a work trip but I would love to come back for a family weekend. Last night we were there we just chilled by the pool with some takeout food, and there was a movie on a projection screen. Really cool community at the property, very comfortable, very clean. Can’t say enough 100%- do it.

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights, and we loved it. We could walk to the beach and the downtown coffee shops and town center. The pullout, unlike most, was so comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the sea was the ideal spot for sunset dinners and glasses of wine. I could easily live in Rhode Island - it's PERFECT. And Chris was so accommodating and communicative. Great trip. Highly recommend!

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

We had a great stay at Gary’s place! The resort pool/grounds are under construction but Gary let us know ahead of time and it didn’t have a negative impact on our trip. Our kids were still able to use the pool, and we were within walking distance of tons of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and modern. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome, it was an easy 10 min walk to ferry and shops/restaurants and the restaurant at the place was great too. I would def stay here again

Enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at Club Wyndham at Long Wharf. Condominium style apartment with large living room / dining area that was great for me and my parents. Conveniently located and in a quiet part of town. Parking was easy and secure. Lobster Shack was less than 5 minute walk away and we enjoyed two meals there. Description says harbor view but there are no views of harbor directly from the unit - I'm assuming they mean from the street. Front desk was very friendly and super responsive, they provided an electric kettle almost immediately upon request. That was the only thing missing from the well stocked and very clean kitchen. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

Great location! The condo is exactly as shown on the photos. It was comfortable and clean, very well located to all the shops and restaurants. It has nice amenities as outdoor pools (2), fire pit, bbq grills, game room and arts and craft room for the kids. Paul was prompt with his responses. Highly recommended!

Jacki’s home was absolutely delightful. The space was bigger than I imagined and extremely comfortable. The space was clean and very well organized. Great kitchen for cooking with more than enough pots, pans & cooking utensils, including condiments. The outdoor fire pit with supplied firewood and shower were a bonus . This home is a gem and a perfect location for a large group that’s wants to explore Newport or stay local. Jacki was extremely helpful & communicative, which is ALWAYS appreciated when traveling somewhere new. Don’t hesitate to book your future stay!

The view, the water access, the outdoor areas, all Spectacular! Very nice home in a fantastic neighborhood. We were able to visit lots of attractions and restaurants with ease. Home is updated with modern amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. Couple of things to note. This is the hosts primary residents so their stuff was there. Kitchen cabinets and freezer were full of their items while the refrigerator was partially empty. The bedrooms had no closet space, drawers, shelves or hooks available for guests. Limited counter space in the bathrooms for our items as well. Most importantly there were no curtains/blinds in the master bedroom. Besides these items it was a nice stay and to mention again, the water view was absolutely stunning.

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay in Barrington so close to Providence. Our family of 8 came together for my daughter's graduation from Brown. In-between the graduation events we loved spending time together at this beautiful home. We loved the water views and spent lots of time together on the cozy deck. We had perfect weather and enjoyed time in the kayaks and walking on the bike path, not far from the house. I highly recommend this place!
