Great apartment right in the middle of everything. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

great place for 2 couples or a small family. one bed room and one bed of on the side. could not ask for a better location located right out side of downtown newport convent to all the stores in Middletown and right off 138.

We stayed at Mike&Cora's for the second time and would always come back! Loved it!

Can’t say enough great things about Grit’s place! Matched exactly to the photos, and beautiful overall space. Also, don’t fret on parking - we had no issues finding spots less than a block away everyday. And checkout list was…basically nothing and things like TP, paper towels, trash bags, etc were stocked— such a treat compared to the often lengthy lists and bare bones utility items on Airbnb (if you know, you know). Plentiful linens, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for our family of 4 (which includes 2 young kiddos). She had a pack-n-play readily available, which was so convenient. Beds were incredibly comfy, too. TV was equipped with your usual streaming. Place is walkable to a lot! Corner cafe for breakfast, Thames street for shopping and lunch spots (Mothers pizzeria A+), cute stretch of bars, the warfs, etc. It is a 2 floor walk up, so note to self when booking. Also was very kind to do laundry for us at the dry cleaner downstairs (wash & fold).

I had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Dewey House! Hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Diana and Dave were very warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The lake was gorgeous and I enjoyed seeing all the ducks and swans, and even an eagle! I was in the area to sing a concert and they kindly let me sing a bit warm up my voice before leaving for rehearsal! All in all it was a lovely stay in a spectacular setting with friendly and gracious hosts. I hope to come back someday!

I enjoyed my Thanksgiving holiday stay in Newport. Brandon’s place was conveniently located just a mile away from my daughter’s house, which was full over the holiday. It was so nice having the whole place to myself. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had everything to make your stay comfortable. There was even a bottle of wine and plenty of other goodies provided, too! The temperature dropped significantly in the evenings, but the unit quickly became warm and cozy within minutes of my arrival. I loved the neighborhood, which was nice and quiet, and I felt very safe there by myself. There was plenty of street parking right in front of the house, as it was off season. For anyone planning a trip to Newport during peak season, you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Brandon was such a thoughtful and considerate host and provided me with so much helpful information. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kevin's beautiful home. The location is convenient and feels quite private, even though there are some neighbors, and the views from most every room are gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We are a group of women who get together for a weekend of food, wine, friendship and laughter in a safe and peaceful location. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Ciara’s home. The kitchen is perfect for our meal preparations, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. We usually see deer on pathway into the forest and were not disappointed. Ciara is always responsive to our requests and is always helpful. We are planning for our next weekend at this wonderful location. You won’t be disappointed!

A beautiful place by the Taunton river. Great views and very comfortable setting. Felt at home immediately. Free food from the host’s restaurant was very good and much appreciated. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Great space, worked great for our family while traveling with our toddler. Beds were super comfortable! We loved the location in the RV park, was very quiet and easy to find. Close to the attractions in Newport, Providence and Fall River.

From the start Barry was very informative and helpful with the adventure we had set forth. Place is beautiful, clean, so welcoming...easy instructions for use of the home. The messages back and forth made us feel like part of the family...easy to talk to. We will be booking again!! 5 Stars all day!!! GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!!

Great spot - quick walk to Mexican and a brewery with some other local bar options with great view of 1st beach and the clifff walk in distance from view off the porch. Very clean, plenty of space for girls weekend and very easy Uber ride into downtown Newport. We enjoyed the seafood festival and happily would stay here again!

Great place to stay for a small family.

Staying at the Salt Box is perfect for those wanting a quiet, peaceful and cozy get away. From the placement on historical farmland to the unique sounds of the wind, chimes and birds singing, this is simple living at peace.

We had a great stay at Waites Wharf! We came to spend time with family in RI for Thanksgiving and thought we’d check out Newport in the off-season. The apartment was very clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. Even was able to make a few dishes for Thanksgiving dinner there, so really appreciated that. The location is wonderful being able to walk a half a block to Thames Street with all the restaurants, pubs, shops that you could want. If we find ourselves in Newport again, we’d gladly stay here again!

I grew up in the area and know Newport well. After a wedding on Cape Cod, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days. (1) The location is great; right off Thames St. in the heart of downtown, and right down the street from the Vanderbilt (great hotel bar, restaurant, and roof deck) -- that said, we visited in October when Newport isn't crowded; I can imagine it might be a bit noisy in the summer. (2) David was a very responsible host. (3) The apartment, though small (as are most of them in the colonial section of downtown Newport) was well kitted out (in the summer, the washer/dryer would be a real plus; ditto for the small back patio). (4) If you want to stay in and watch shows/videos, it's well equipped (e.g., Hulu, etc.). (5) Wifi was flawless. (6) Parking across the street was $30 for 24 hours.

LOVED this place! Location, location, location!!! It was in the perfect location. Walkable to great shopping, fabulous restaurants and plenty of bars. Could walk to cliff walk from there as well. The place was pristine, exactly as pictured, very cozy. Loved everything about this place!

We stayed just one night but it was so lovely! Everything on Thames st was very walkable and we got parking right in front of the apartment! The master bed was too hard for our liking but there was another bed that was more comfortable to us. It was a lovely spot and very clean we will be back for sure!

condo was in a great neighborhood close to what we planned on seeing, they had a king bed and 2 baths also a washer and dryer. We brought things from home but they also had tea bags and 2 bottles of water in the fridge and supplies in the bathroom if you did not come prepared such as body wash, lotion and lotion. I was very pleased as the condo was modern and Elle was there when we checked in. They also allowed for an early check in

I was in Newport for a work event - sadly, the conference hotel ran out of rooms in the block, but lucky for me, I got to enjoy a different experience! Troy's place was the perfect retreat after a long day on my feet. It was super clean, very comfortable (the bed was fantastic!), and located within steps to restaurants and shops. While I imagine it's noisier in the summer, during the off-season it was quiet. Frankly, it was probably quieter than the hotel room I would've stayed in otherwise. I'd absolutely recommend this place to any solo traveler or couple! Thank you, Troy, for a great stay!

I highly recommend staying at Liliane’s! Everything was perfect inside and was so close to the center of Newport! Everything you need is a 5 min or less walk which was so convenient. Check in was also so easy and smooth and parking was right across the street. Could not recommend staying here more and will try to stay again in the future

We booked a last minute stay at Kelly’s place and she was great. Always super responsive and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place at first (totally our own fault!). The place was perfectly clean and well stocked with anything we could possibly need. It was also in a great central location near many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
