This was a Perfect Beach Escape – Ideal Location The location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the beach and a quick walk to town, where you’ll find everything from cozy cafes to trendy shops and local restaurants. You can go from a lazy beach day to a shopping store. The house itself is a great. It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for when you want to cook up a meal. The outdoor spaces are amazing too – a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a grill, and the sound of ocean waves in the background. One of the highlights is the attention to detail. Jennifer's place made my family and I feel right at home for the weekend. The place was super clean, cozy, inviting, and looked even better than the photos in real life! We had our dog with us and Jennifer was more than happy to accommodate for the furry fam. Definitely use the fire pit if you have time! This was definitely the highlight of our night, it's right on the water! We had a small issue with the lock on the door but Jennifer and her husband were super responsive to helping the situation. I would highly recommend staying here, and we'd love to come again!!

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

Wonderfully clean, exactly as pictured, cute home in a beautiful area of Portsmouth. Small but with spacious kitchen and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very responsive and was so accommodating to my requests. Just a few minutes walk to the beach...Portsmouth and Tiverton are so beautiful; incredible scenery wherever you look.

Me & my girlfriends went away for the weekend. This house was awesome, spacious, able to watch a beautiful sunrise. Pool was spectacular! The host was responsive and friendly!

Passing through on a car trip - a great, inexpensive spot! Easy check-in and check-out. EV charging was a big plus

Beautiful unit, very big, clean, quiet and private. It's located on the Jamestown side of the bridge, so going into Newport can get pricey with tolls. Unit not located on the water as pictured, was 2nd to last unit from the water (slight views from deck). No open ammenities due to COVID and season.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Sarah was a friendly and responsive host, and her place was one of our all time favorite Airbnb stays. Spacious, clean, close to the Central Park (with a huge playground) and easily walkable to the shops and restaurants in Bristol. Will definitely try to book if we stay in the area again!

It was a very wonderful place to stay; a very nice cozy place for a few people to enjoy. Kayaking out back was great for anyone who wanted a nice chill day.

We LOVED our stay! Sloane’s home was a perfect place for our sister getaway! The cottage was adorable and cozy! We enjoyed having coffee in the front room, relaxing on the back deck and slept great in the beds! The neighborhood was so quiet! Just a few folks walking their dogs! 🥰 We enjoyed walking on the beach, taking the ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard, eating supper & ice cream in New Bedford and did a quick day trip to Hyannis Port! This definitely checked off our ‘Cape Cod’ bucket list! Sloane was a great host with good recommendations and quick and friendly responses! Would definitely recommend her place for a quaint getaway!

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Carolyn, Was a great host. Extremely attentive and responded quickly to any messages. Even when my husband accidentally locked us out she arrived promptly to get us back into the house. The space was clean. The only downer was the first night stay we had no TV which was quickly rectified the next day by Carolyn. Great place to stay I would highly recommend.

The walking and biking path across the street is lovely. Beautiful views of the water, lovely sunsets.

Paula’s place was lovely. The home was even better than the description on the site. It was very comfortable and was sparkling clean. The location was perfect to spend some time relaxing as well as exploring places like Newport and Providence. Paula was a great communicator. We hope to come back again in the future!
