Karm was a lovely host and we appreciate her space! She was very kind to my tired children after a long day of travel and they loved the popsicles she gave them! We had a little bit of trouble childproofing the stairs at the top of the flight, just due to the design of the room, but we got creative and made it work. If you have smaller children or kids who aren’t stair safe yet, either get creative or ask Karm for help!

We chose it because of the proximity to the start of the Newport Marathon....1.2 mi, so didn't have to use race transportation as it was a easy, downhill warm-up. Much better location & value than the race sponsored accommodations or any other local option. She was also kind to allow a flexible checkout, so I could clean up after the race. 50 Staters - You'll want to book this place in 2025. It was connected to the primary residence, but they gave us our space....in fact, we never saw them.

Such a beautiful home and surrounding environment! Walking around the neighborhood with our dogs was vert comfortable, and the view from the bedroom was phenomenal. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The room itself is small but plenty for a home base. Thanks again for the welcoming doggy treats - Simba & Zia loved them!

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Gwenda is a great host- she was proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The apartment was pristine with a sunny comfortable sitting area, a just-what-you-need kitchen, big, bright and clean bathroom with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed and quiet bedroom. Bristol is a sweet little town well worth a visit all on its own or as an easy jumping off point for Newport or Providence.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! There’s a beautiful meadow behind the barn that was perfect for walking my dog, and even though it’s a shared property, it felt very private. Thanks!

Keith and Aoife’s home was well welcomed after long days doing tourist activities. The location was the perfect, walkable, distance from Broadway. The host provided water, snacks, and a stocked coffee bar which was a bonus.

My friend and I had a great stay at Sabrina’s place. It looked exactly like the photos, was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well, was quiet and private, in a beautiful neighborhood, and very safe. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen if we wanted to cook (we didn’t). Easy parking in the driveway, and she even supplied us with bikes (which we didn’t have time to use). She communicated well. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was another great weekend. Lisel is a wonderful host and the apartment is extremely comfortable and convenient.

We've stayed at numerous great airbnb locations over the past 12 years, but Trish's place was truly exceptional. Every amenity imaginable was there. Trish was super welcoming and always on top of communicating. A perfect place for the four of us to stay! Thank you, Trish!! :)

Quaint spot! So great to be close to Mattapoisett rail trail and other beautiful spots.

Very nice place close to where we were going. Bed was comfy. Had to park around the block but the weather was beautiful so no problem.

Trish is a terrific host. She communicated everything well in advance and the place was very clean and comfortable. She is also a very nice person and I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Staying Kay Getaway was perfect for us. We rented a car just in case and never needed it. We walked everywhere! The place was super easy to get in and out of. It was very clean, as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the armchair sailor was amazing. The host was fantastic and very communicative. We really appreciated the recommendations and flexibility on check in/ check out. The location was unbeatable. The place itself was so quaint, charming and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more out of a long weekend stay. Great space, great location, great host.

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

I had an amazing stay with Club Wyndham! The room was much bigger than I expected, offering plenty of space to relax. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of Thames Street, so you’re just steps away from fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. If you’re lucky enough to find availability, I highly recommend staying here!

Paris was a wonderful host and the space along with the outdoor property was better than expected. My husband and I stayed for a week with our young children. My kids has a great time and Paris was incredibly kind and welcoming towards us and our kids. We are definitely planning to come back!

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Very nice place in downtown Newport. Right next to the Marriott spa, walkable to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean, spacious and just what we wanted for a girls weekend!

Connie thought of everything you could ask for and more. The medicine cabinet was full of items in case you forgot something. In the sitting area she has a stoocked fridge with breakfast treats, water and all kinds of snacks. Connie is a baker, and left us a wonderful aray of cookies and pastries. She also has a variety of coffees and tea. She is definitely the hostess with the mostest!!!! You will NOT be disappointed if you book with Connie!!

Absolutely loved this place. Great neighborhood, nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, private, quiet and all of this with a gorgeous garden and patio just outside your door. Lots of little details that a lot of "bare bones" Airbnb's lack, hooks/racks for towels, shelves to hold your personal items, convenient outlets for charging devises, paper products in kitchen along with everything you need for tea/coffee and a few snacks thrown in too! A comfortable bed, soft linens and lots of towels. It is a small space, particularly the bathroom, but it is well laid out and we didn't feel cramped at all. I just can't say enough about this place and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful and thoughtfully planned space where we enjoyed a relaxing, fun week visiting our son and enjoying Newport and all the surrounding areas. It was a delightful Fall experience for us!
