Jenny's place was an absolute joy to stay in! The beautiful kitchen, including a convection oven and Nespresso machine, allowed us to make some delicious dinners while we were there. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was very clean and so welcoming. Definitely would stay here again! Has a home feel to it, owner is friendly & helpful. There's board games to play, linens, minor things you may need/essentials(not groceries obviously), which is nice!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home/condo and loved the location because we got to see all areas of newport not just the super touristy areas by the wharfs. We cant wait to go back!

We had 5 single adults stay and the accommodations and beds were perfect. The spacious open floor plan allow us the opportunity to enjoy each other in different spaces. The beds were very comfortable. The place was equipped with everything needed from shampoo/conditioned to a lemon squeezer to many board games to play. Everything we needed was there. The place was super clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Everything within walking distance. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They sent us things to do and events going on that weekend which was a nice touch. We thank you for making our weekend very special. Cheers!

Location, location, location!! If you want to be in the center of it all in Newport this is it. I’ve been visiting Newport for over 30 years and this is a great spot to see it all. The rental is spacious and beautiful. It’s a historical home that has been updated tastefully. If you want to cook this is your rental. Fully equipped new kitchen. This unit has a gorgeous central wood staircase from the ground level to the 3rd floor. Layout is enter on ground floor, half bath and work hour way upstairs to the second floor. Here is the main living space. Kitchen with tv room to the left and a bar area to the right. Then Head up to the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms and a huge full bath. We loved the historic character of the space and everything is in close walking distance. It also allows for 2 cars to park off street which is worth every penny in high season. You won’t be disappointed!

What a wonderful place to stay. The house is fantastic and been restored to perfection. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space to be on your own or be together. Warren is a great town with lots of great places to eat. The house is the perfect location to walk to many things. I highly recommend Bradley's house! You will not be disappointed.

This third floor walk up was truly a gem in the middle of breathtaking Newport. The small town, Main Street feeling really sunk in as you walk out the front door. So many food options, coffee right downstairs, shopping and so much to take in all within walking distance. Andrew is an amazing host, extremely communicative, explained the off street parking perfectly, checked in to make sure your travels are going well and you got into the apartment okay. My wife and I will definitely be coming back again sometime soon. If you’re unsure about how central it is to bars/restaurants and shopping, trust me when I say you’re in the middle of it all. My wife and I had a wonderful time in Newport for a little extended weekend getaway and you will too.

It was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities, from coffee/tea to snacks, extra pillows, etc., and a well-equipped kitchen. Exceeded expectations.

Historic Bristol is a charming walkable town right on the water. Matt’s place is conveniently located to restaurants, bars, bakeries, the water, and a great running/bike trail. Although we did not cook Matt’s place has a well appointed kitchen. We appreciate him providing coffee. We were in Bristol for a wedding and this location was perfect for us to get to all the events. I highly recommend his place and Bristol.

This was a lovely apartment, easily within walking distance for me to Downtown. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again until the future.

We stayed at Gretchen's while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect space! Gretchen was attentive and responsive. the apartment is private, very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The village of Padanaram is charming and an easy walk!

Arrived and was met by Steve who immediately offered to help with our packages. He also gave us a quick tour and made it clear that he was just upstairs if we had any questions. The place was in the basement but was not cold or damp at all. The entrance was a little tight with limited head room (headroom was not an issue once in). We settled in easily and found plenty of room for storage. Everything was clean and in place for our arrival. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well both nights. The only thing missing were Kleenex tissues which we got around the corner at the Dollar Tree. While we were there Steve was preparing for Thanksgiving. The smell from the kitchen above was nice. The location fit our needs as it was close to the places we needed to go, and it was in a familiar location. Bill & Charlene

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Full-size condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and living room and a kitchen. Pool and hot tub on the property and let’s not forget, in downtown Newport. Chris, the host was very responsive and gave great inside information about the property. I stayed here for a work trip but I would love to come back for a family weekend. Last night we were there we just chilled by the pool with some takeout food, and there was a movie on a projection screen. Really cool community at the property, very comfortable, very clean. Can’t say enough 100%- do it.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

We had a great stay at Gary’s place! The resort pool/grounds are under construction but Gary let us know ahead of time and it didn’t have a negative impact on our trip. Our kids were still able to use the pool, and we were within walking distance of tons of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and modern. Everyone we encountered was friendly. Would highly recommend!

We just got back from our stay in Middletown. Traveled with my husband, 2 kids, and parents. We each were able to have our own room and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living area as well. The place was very clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool (salt water) and hot tub as well. House is walkable to many great restaurants and to first beach. Very close to downtown Newport and the cliff walk etc. Definitely would recommend staying here if you want to stay a little bit outside of downtown Newport, want easy parking and access to the beach, and want more space than a hotel room!

This stay was ideal for those who want a quick, quiet check in and out. Travel convenience to the local town and beautiful ocean views within minutes. Staff at the hotel were super nice and responsive.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Middletown. You are a short drive from three huge beaches and from downtown Newport. The home is not directly on the water, but it has good views of the water both from the living room and from the widow's walk. The space is very large and comfortable -- particularly the living room, which felt bright and spacious even on rainy days. However, be aware that the two bedrooms are not equivalent: The master bedroom (which has a gorgeous attached bathroom) is noticeably nicer. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and flexible, and clearly worked hard to make sure our stay went well. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the area.
