The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

Had a very nice getaway at the Maybell house! The property was private, peaceful and very clean. The house is not far from shops and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

This was our second time staying at their home. It is the most peaceful place we have ever stayed at. we look forward to our next time!!!!

The Wolfe Gilbert House can be described as being elegantly rustic. One can tell the house has been there for many years. Once the inside, all of the expected modern conveniences and furnishings can be found. A working farm and fields surround the Airbnb. The screened-in front porch is the jewel of the residence which is suitable for casual gatherings or relaxation. This is a great Airbnb to simply unwind!!!

Amazing place! The house had a lot of history but plenty of sleep space for our family. The Land was breathtaking! We will be back!

It was lovely this time of year. The hyacinths and daffodils were blooming all around the house. It was such a beautiful setting. Horses were next door in the field and a little creek running behind the house. The location was just a few blocks from the main part of town. Lisa responded quickly when I texted her and was very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet retreat, but close to town and the interstate, this is the place for you.

Our stay at this 6 bedroom farmhouse was both perfectly sized, but also perfect for our family gathering. We enjoyed the open kitchen with large table and the deck for some quality family time! Thanks for everything!!

Absolutely perfect!! Every little detail in the home made us want to immediately move in forever and the views to unwind at night were just the icing on the cake. We traveled here to see the Creation Museum and Arc, both of which were very close and convenient to this stay.

There's a reason why they are super host. The place was spotless. Very comfortable. Better than the photograph show. They were very responsive check in was easy. Will not hesitate to stay again.

We loved our extended stay here. The place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed cooking here in the evenings as a family and it had all the things we needed to do so. The host was great ... always responded when we needed something. The farm animals would visit often and the kids loved it. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay near Bardstown and very convenient to many of the distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. The house is quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotless with a lot of extras throughout the house like shampoo, conditioner, popcorn, coffee, creamers, sugars and even some snacks for the horses (peppermints). We love being able to travel with our dogs. Thanks for being such great hosts!

What an Awesome Getaway for us! Extremely Clean and Ruth and Marvin are Wonderful Hosts! Seeing the Farm and Flowers come together right in front of our eyes. The Hershberger’s are hard workers and the kindest couple! So glad for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful farm house! Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

A phenomenal stay! The place was SO clean and way more beautiful than pictured. Beds were comfortable, soaps/shampoos and towels were SUPER PLENTIFUL. Mike and Trish's hospitality was the best we've ever experienced at ANY AirBnB. Mike even spent a long time helping us install our bike rack in the dark because we were really struggling! They delivered a crock pot and tweezers (a child got a splinter) within minutes of us asking. Talk about customer service! We LOVED feeding their horses and our kids had the BEST time playing with their puppy. This was definitely the low key retreat we needed to get away from the hectic hustle and bustle of DC. Their location was wonderful for a 20 mile RT bike ride and hikes in numerous parks. We will definitely return again, it was a perfect weekend!

Thomas’s Airbnb was exactly what the Dr. ordered! Beautiful surroundings, big yard, deck facing the river, and a fire pit. That’s what I want anytime I look for a get-away-spot. He was very thorough, kind, and communicative any time I needed to touch base, which should be reassuring for any future guests.

Pans place was perfect. Couldn't have picked a perfect location for what we were there for. So Peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay on the farm. It was cold outside, but we were cozy inside. We appreciated that the fridge had a few items (butter) that we forgot to bring, and there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. It is also very close to Grayson Highlands State Park. I recommend bringing your groceries in with you, as the closest store is about 30 minutes (which Tina helped us find). Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. The home itself was clean and beautiful, incredibly spacious, and comfortable. Outside was beautiful, private, and the train that ran behind the house was so much fun for the kids to see.
