Vacation rentals with a home theater in Ohio River

Our stay was great! The building is beautiful! I wish I could see pictures of what it looked like as a department store! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

the apartment was excellent, location was perfect a lot to do within less than a mile. pretty much in the center of everything. the space was clean roomy and extremely comfortable. we will look for it next time we visit Indianapolis.

We had a great stay there, it was perfect for attending the B&B festival only 3 miles away. Its not the prettiest place in town, some might get turned off because its not new and sparkly like some downtown apartments. But the living room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were great, and AC worked great against the hot days. And you can't be the value! Would definitely consider staying here again next year.

My IQ was not up to par at the moment after a long drive … lol and I couldn’t find the parking garage, the host was on it and took me step by step!! Everything was walkable and the vibe was comfortable. My 5yr old demanded we come back because she loved the kitchen area I agree , but because it was the best shower I have ever had away from home and we travel a lot. We will be back to Indy and this place will be our first option!

This was my family’s second time being hosted by Gail. We stayed at The 8th Hole the first time around. Both of our stays were amazing. I recommend both of her locations for children. She provides a pack n play, high chair, and toys. She even puts out snacks! The open concept at The Hidden Gem made playtime so much fun for my littles. The jacuzzi tub was great to relax in! The stay here was great! I come every year for a convention, and would definitely look at staying here again. It's incredibly convenient for getting to the conference center (I took the skywalk because it was cold the entire stay), and there are tons of restaurants within a couple minute walk, including one connected on the first floor. The building is a little confusing, so the pictures to walk through where to go where incredibly helpful!

Everything was great! So grateful for all the thoughtful amenities- it makes traveling for work and fun so much less stressful when the host has already thought and planned proactively

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! We had a family gathering to celebrate Christmas and it accommodated everyone very comfortably. My family and I really enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub and the theater room. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking pots, pans and utensils. The bedrooms were extremely roomy, and the master has a beautiful view of the Dix river. The drive to the house was a little tricky in the snow but the GPS gave very accurate directions. Amanda was super responsive and would return messages within minutes. Definitely plan to come back when the weather is nicer.

We enjoyed our stay at The Brook. My parents, sister, daughter's, and myself stayed for a Volleyball tournament in the area. The house felt very comfortable and my parents (who are very picky) loved it. It was their first experience at an Airbnb and they loved that we could all hang out as a family instead of being in a cramped hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Jordan was very responsive. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

this place was good for what we needed. 4 bedrooms with 2½ bath worked well. Only complaint was the single ply toilet paper. House could use random things here and there but it's also fine just the way it is

We enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It also had a lovely backyard where we could sit and enjoy the lovely spring weather. The kitchen was very well-appointed. Highly recommend.

Very nice house in an area just outside of Downtown Pittsburgh. A very short and easy drive to many locations. The house could use more kitchen accessories/utensils, like oven mitts and/or pot holders for example. Overall though, I’d 100% stay here again. I really enjoyed the stay.

Jim and Maggie take very good care of their abnb ‘s. I’ve stayed in 3 separate ones and was more than happy with all of them. Response when needed is immediate and reactive. I’ll stay again with them at any chance.

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

Was exactly what we needed for the size of our group and had plenty of things to do around the house. Had a few things that weren't done but Naseeb was quick to respond and managed to get everything figured out! looking forward to booking again next year

Perfect little spot for someone coming to Indy that would rather have a little more room than a hotel allows! Super close to the Indianapolis Convention Center and plenty of nice restaurants!

This was a very cool and unique historical place! location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Lucas out Stadium. Very clean very comfortable! Great location with lots of amenities right out of your door!

Josiah was a great host! Awesome, affordable, and group/family friendly. We loved the home theater and huge board game collection. The free parking available for multiple vehicles, three full bathrooms, and big common space were all huge pluses too!! The unit was super clean, modern, and felt very safe. We would definitely visit again!

Great place, lots of room to spread out and close to everything in Indy. Host Mary was very responsive and kind, would highly recommend this place.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment is just as pictured. It’s walking distance from several places to eat. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing decor. Wonderful, responsive hosts! Thank you for everything:)
