Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ohio River

My stay was great! I was in town for work for 2 weeks and this place was perfect. Easy access to downtown Lex and right off Richmond Rd for restaurants. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

My best friend and I had a fantastic long weekend stay here! The rooms were extremely clean, uncluttered, and had every amenity we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, especially since during our stay we experienced a severe thunderstorm that ended up shorting out some of the outlets in the apartment; after reaching out to the hosts, they quickly helped us locate the unit's electrical box where we could easily flip the switches and get the outlets working again. We also appreciated their swiftness in supplying more toiletries for the bathroom when needed. The building was very easy to locate and access (with appreciated security measures), quiet, and we were only minutes away (never longer than 20 minutes) from anything we wanted to do in Nashville. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Troy was very workable and helpful from the time of booking through arrival and stay. Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed there for several nights leading up to the wedding in Washington Court House. They had a great time together, and the AirB&B was a big part of that. There are a number of steps up to the apartment, but once inside, the apartment is exactly as described & expected -- clean, up-to-date, welcome touches, and surprisingly roomy! Thanks, Troy, for providing a great place for making memories for our daughter & friends!

We really enjoyed our stay. The boys were out skiing almost every moment, and I was able to ski for a few hours and then come back and work in peace and quiet with a n ice view of the mountains. The place was comfortable and cozy and it was easy to get to both Beech Mt and Sugar Mt ski resorts.

The Treetop Suite is so cozy! I did not feel like I just rented out a flipped property. You can see and feel the intention that went into the place. This is also the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It's the first time I didn't feel robbed by the cleaning fee. Oh, and they have nearly everything you need. I jokingly said, they have everything except qtips and guess what...there were qtips in the bathroom. So many restaurants within walking distance, so you can park and not have to stress over driving too far for a good time. Five stars all around for my FAVORITE STAY EVER!

This was a cute little spot right on the edge of the downtown strip! The house was clean, accommodating but it said it could sleep 4 and there was only one bed! We were going to have our parents come by last minute to stay after a night of drinking and they couldn't come because there is only one bed. This needs to be updated to only a 2 person stay, not 4.

If you’re planning to go to the slopes this is a perfect place. Host is responsive and nice!

Roger was great, BnB was great, all around nice place to stay! Quiet, Clean and private neigborhood, and we had no problems with road noise or neigbor noise. Every room was spotless and tidy, very much appreciated 👍 Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Host

Daniel's place was very clean, easy to find, and was very comfortable to stay at. We will definitely be returning to Sugar Mountain and using Daniel's place for future vacations.

Great place to stay for a ski trip or a mountain getaway.

Me and my two daughters really enjoyed a weekend getaway. They felt like they were in a treehouse sleeping in the big bed. The convenience of everything the ski lift in the backyard overall amenities were awesome and the memories are unplaceable. Thank you so much, Avery.

Was perfect place for son and I. Did pool and Hottub Friday night and walked to slopes for skiing on Saturday. Ideal for anyone wanting to experience Sugar plus some amenities. Hope to do again and will definitely stay here again.

Great cozy condo located conveniently near various attractions, trails, and resturants. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living were all very clean, homey, and had all required necessities. The host was responsive and had very clear straightforward instructions of check-in and check-out, was very impressed by the professionalism that provided for a smooth and hitch-free experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great condo with an amazing view!

This listing had everything and so much more. the host was extremely helpful with recommendations for activities in the area. she was also very thoughtful, leaving a bottle of champagne for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday. the house was immaculate, with cozy ambiance down to aromatherapy in every room. the listing had.a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, game room, multiple fireplaces, very comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in spacious showers, comfortable furnishings, a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. there were even menus for local restaurants provided in a well organized book. if you are planning to stay in the Banner Elk/Beech Mtn/Sugar Mtn area, this listing should be on the top of your list! we will absolutely stay again!

Loved our time here!! The house is so unique and really does justice to the old character while combining modern amenities. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet large enough areas for all to gather. The pool area was beyond amazing, everything is immaculately cared for and we all had a blast. So much room for everyone to hang out and enjoy all the amenities in such a large space! We would go back in a heartbeat and all the kids were talking about rebooking before we had even left.

Huge house with really excellent accommodations. The fireplace, the many televisions, the limitless bed options and the gorgeous kitchen were all big hits with our group. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommend!!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years, it’s a great space and Tyler is a top notch host. The backyard sauna is always a welcome treat at the end of the day. Definitely recommend

We were extremely impressed with how clean the home was. The size was great for the price. My kids loved that there were children's toys and books. The location was beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.
