Villa vacation rentals in Ohio River

Jeffersonville, IN, is a lovely place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of Louisville but still have a small-town walking experience. The house is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the garage for the car is a great bonus. There was a minor snafu getting into the house when the code didn't initially work, but Eric quickly reached out to us via the doorbell, and we all resolved the issue without too much trouble. We would definitely return!

We will definitely be staying here again! Plenty of linens, kitchen fully stocked.

From start to finish it was a great experience. The house was described perfectly although the pictures do not do it justice! This house is beautiful as soon as you walk in it's like you are stepping back in time. We went for my daughter's birthday and had family meeting us there, it fit all of us perfectly. It's walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant on the corner. Whether you are doing a gathering or just looking for a getaway this house is well worth it!

We love Old Louisville and it was so nice to visit and be able to stay in our old neighborhood! Eric’s place was clearly recently renovated and very modern. Overall it is a good place to stay. The management group was very communicative, lots of emails and check ins via text, and responsive when we encountered a minor issue.

Great location, clean space, and room to accommodate the whole family. Great host and always ready to help if needed.

David’s place had everything that we needed for our weekend stay! Had fun with the extra amenities: kayaking, foosball, ping pong etc! Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! We got in late and the hosts had bacon, eggs, juice, bread ready for us so we didn’t have to worry about breakfast. There was no end to their thoughtfulness throughout our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful. It was peaceful and our kids enjoyed the animals. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the location was close to town and red river gorge. We would love to come back. This was one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had!

We had a great stay at Sadie & Tyler’s home! Very private and quiet while also being a short drive to everything in town. The house was exactly as advertised and the hosts responded immediately to any questions.

We had a fantastic time at Valley View! The kids never wanted to leave. the weather wasn't great so they didn't play outside on the pickleball court, but they were so busy in the game room it didn't matter! I honestly thought they'd be in the pool the whole time but the game room was so fun, they spent most of their time playing. The house had plenty of space for all 16 of us and our 2 dogs! We were very comfortable and there were local food places where we could order in and let the kids keep playing as much as they wanted! In the photos online it looks like the bunk room doesn't have a door to close it off but it DOES have a barn style door to close that gives it some privacy. That was a nice surprise! The only disappointment was that the dogs aren't allowed to swim in the pool. However with the long, shared driveway, the fenced in basketball/ pickleball court, and spacious house they had plenty of opportunities for daily exercise! Everyone was exhausted each night from the fun!

Adnan place was great and she was helpful throughout our stay. There was a small hiccup in the check-in process, as the door code didn't match what was communicated. But Adnan responded quickly to our inquiry and got us the correct code. The house location was perfect; very walkable to downtown and to Rupp Arena. The house was exactly as the pictures, with large bedrooms, comfortable furniture and a very functional kitchen. The back patio and hot tub were a nice added luxury.

Absolutely beautiful. We were provided everything we needed which was helpful since most stores were operating on Christmas hours. Our host Leon was prompt in response. The entire place was cleaned and the Bibles in every room made it seem so much like home. My family and I appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely recommend for large groups and we will more than likely book again being as tho we always travel for Christmas

We had a nice, comfortable weekend with plenty of space for family. The home has 7 spacious bedrooms, nice large kitchen and dining room. We didn’t have time to enjoy the large porch, pool, and hot tub with a near by bathroom with a good supply of beach towels. Would love to return to enjoy the amazing back yard. The owner was interested in making sure everything went well for us. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great location - the view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the accommodations. Perfect girls' getaway!

Great spot to go with friends and family. They have a water park, arcade, mini golf, and an ice cream place. We had a fun time at this resort and would definitely do it again!

This is such a great property. Had a family reunion of 10. Had plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Brandi was so nice. Messaged me all the information even before I asked for it. There's lots to do close by. Beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, historic, and impressive home. Our family took a weekend in the area and greatly enjoyed staying at Barr House Inn. The rooms were large, furnishings elegant, entrance impressive, and the location with a short drive to Lexington was helpful. An added benefit was the swimming pool with a deck and chairs/tables for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. All of the bedrooms, two of the bathrooms, as well as the kitchen were on the second floor, which made it easy for family gatherings. It was a great and enjoyable weekend at this historic home.
