Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Northern California

One of our favourite airbnbs we have ever stayed in! Deborah’s place came fully loaded with everything you could think of for a little home away from home. We even got to have our morning coffee with a friendly baby buck saying hello from the garden :) If we are ever in Ukiah again in the future, we will most definitely be looking to rebook this beautiful spot. 10/10 recommend!

Best part, they had a EV charger.

We had a pleasant stay at Dawn's. She is very welcoming and caring. Her accommodation, good location, is charming, as is the very pleasant garden. A small haven of peace and tranquility.

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

Roman was a very generous and kind landlord. he was prompt on everything I asked. he replaced my air conditioner when the old one wasn’t working. I was there during a heat wave which made it quite hot and the only other thing to note it’s very loud because the apartment building is next to a freeway. just FYI to any light sleepers. Laundry is $6 and takes quarters. Simple place, nothing fancy. Two great smart tvs.

Our stay went very smoothly, as Fidel communicated clearly and promptly for the entirety of our trip. We were accommodated, and the space was clean, nice, and easy to find. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great stay in Oakhurst! The view was absolutely stunning — a perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. The amenities were all in good shape and made our stay very comfortable which we really appreciated after long days out in Yosemite. Just a heads-up: the drive up to the house is quite steep and winding, so be prepared for that. During our stay, there was a power cut, but Eric was very responsive and helpful in getting things sorted quickly. All in all, a great experience — would definitely recommend!

The unit was clean and quaint. It was close to where I needed to be so it made it easy to check on my dogs frequently. Marie was very friendly, flexible, and responsive. I needed to stay an extra night last minute and she was very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location with everything you need and a backyard for your pups! Super close to the coast, cool area!

We’ve been staying at Dennis’s rental homes for our annual Monterey trip over the past few years, and they never disappoint. Dennis is a fantastic host, always responsive and thoughtful. The house is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything our family needs. We love the spacious layout and enjoyed spending time on the backyard patio. The location is perfect, close to the wharf, beaches, and all the local attractions. We look forward to our next stay!

Robert was a great host and very accommodating of our schedule. The duck and goose eggs were delicious and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable.

The place was great for our family. Plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved the location, a quick drive to Mendocino, downtown Fort Bragg, and Glass Beach. We will stay again.

My team had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Victoria had excellent communication—she was quick to respond, super helpful, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to her clear instructions and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free stay.

The house and property were absolutely stunning! I booked this place as a home base as I was getting married in the Redwoods and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful place to stay during my wedding weekend.

My group really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had.

Pros : quiet area. It was overall great for one week stay asking through the area. It was my first time booking a condo on Airbnb but it wasn’t any hassle , you can a parking pass and parking was abundant. The area is very car centric but Livermore center is close. The room was big - it’s a master bedroom. Cons : It would be better to have a freezer/fridge combo. Didn’t really like he sheet texture and the fragrances used in them. If you like TV, it’s there but tiny.

Lovely spot my family really enjoyed our trip. Everyone had something to do since there was so many activities to do!!

Great little place on a quiet part of Market street. Elizabeth set us up with some pretty great massages. The fire pit is must get if you stay here. Evenings out there were fantastic. Hot tub was icing on the cake.

This is a great place! Cathryn is amazing. The views are incredible. Walkable to great breakfast places… Check out Plow and Farley’s. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (washer & dryer, cookware/utensils, wi-fi, plenty of towels, etc.). The apartment is also only a 4 minute walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the Heavenly gondola. We had a great stay, definitely recommend.

I stayed at Oscar's place from the 8th August till the 17th of August and I had a wonderful experience. The stay has a lot of fast food restraunts in walkable distance along with easy access to public transportation and a lot of grocery strores aswell. Oscar usually goes to work in the mornings and doesn't come back till late in the night. I had the entire place to myself on most days. I was also treated to a meal from a mexican food truck and also good home cooked steak ! :). I would definitely recommend staying at Oscar's place for an affordable stay.

Place was clean and well located. A nice affordable place to stay for the week. Randy was super available to make sure I had everything I needed!

I had a great stay! The Irene and Gary were extremely responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Check-in was easy, and the suite was very clean and well-maintained. Although I only stayed one night, the space had all the necessary appointments and was perfect for my needs. Highly recommended!
