Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Northern California

Beautiful home with stunning surroundings! My husband and I came for my birthday trip and had a great stay! Only wish the bed wasn’t so hard. Other than that it was a great stay!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

we loved everything about the house. The location had everything we needed. Didn't have to leave for anything. Had blast in the gameroom with the grandkids. Great place.

Great comfortable place that is very accessible. very accommodating and responsive to needs. only issue was the room smelled like a cat when I first arrived. took a few days to go away but was fine after that. I really liked the accessibility and security of the building.

Leah’s place was just what we needed. A large affordable apartment near downtown Martinez that was easily walkable. Leah was super responsive with all our inquiries and helped us out a lot. Great stay.

Location location location.... this place is perfectly situated in the South part of Reno. The club house is amazing. Make sure you ck that out. The king bed in the bedroom has a fantastic mattress!!! Would definitely recommend. Pristine Clean and very private home!!!!!

Wonderful place to stay. So close to the beach and many places to walk around. It was homey and a quiet neighborhood, and the host was super responsive and helpful at all times. Couldn't recommend it more.

Returning guest for a conveniently located, clean, remodeled older home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Host Michael responds to any concerns almost immediately and is ready to solve any issue. Very comfortable stay.

We felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. Host communicated clearly and left out a couple items for us to enjoy in the kitchen- appreciated the extra touches. The host was flexible for a last minute booking which really got us out of a jam. The extra little thoughtful items and such a clean space was extra meaningful. Very thankful. ❤️

Home is located in the neighborhood near Seabright beach. Had some minor WiFi issues but the owner very quickly responded and had a tech come out for service repair. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Home was clean. Quiet after 10pm(ish) even on a Friday & Saturday night. Enjoyed reading my books on the balcony while the kids played on the beach. Boardwalk is a 10-15 min walk with multiple restaurants. Seabright beach is a few house down & around the corner. Ideal location. We are so grateful for spending the weekend at this home & all the fun memories we created with some of our older (teen) kids. Thank you again for providing this vacation rental! This air bnb is a key contributor to the great quality time I had with my loved one this weekend. I wish everyone who plays a role in maintaining this vacation rental all the best ☮️

What a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. The house is spacious and has many toys and board games. We went during the tail end of winter, as described, there was a slope in the backyard where we were able to sled from it! Hopefully we can go back to it again next winter!

Great location. House was just what we needed for our short amount of time in Chico. Anthony and Ava were great hosts and communication was the best. Would stay here again when we come back through if dates are available

We had a great stay here! The house is well stocked and comfortable and the location is great. We lived walking to the beach everyday and my kids loved the yard. The one drawback is that is place only has one bathroom, but it was a s comfortable house for a long weekend.

This was my second time staying here, it's been a few years since the last time. It was just as clean and well taken care of this time as it was last time. well supplied kitchen, clean linens etc... was better than home :-) We immediately felt comfortable (advice to all who stay there, every light switch is upside down from what you expect). We were busy all day and could just come back and collapse in comfort just like we were in our own homes. I would recommended the house highly, and it's my go to place for when I visit the area. Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Dien’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-kept. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into making it comfortable for guests. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We love this place! Was bigger than we expected. Coziest couch perfect for movies and a fire. Super short walk to Eagle lodge and ski lift. Covered parking garage was nice too. We’ll be back!

Rob was very friendly to us. He wrote down a list of instructions for anything we may have had questions about and also a map of all the nearby sites. my partner and I really felt at home here and liked how safe this part of town felt. He had good restaurant suggestions too and it helped us decide what to eat on our night of arrival. genuinely cool place and cool guy.

There was no marble with the marble run thing. At least it has toys.

Great place to stay! 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak for skiing. Close to local restaurants. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and warm (we visited in the winter) with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you Janet and team!
