Launa is a fantastic host - responsive, friendly, and eager to help with recommendations, as she is a local. Her place matched the pictures perfectly - clean with clear instructions. It is located on a busy read, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend taking the room closest to the street. However, if noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be just fine, as my family was. The place was perfect for us! It was close to all the locations we needed, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The beach is just a 10-minute drive, and my son had a soccer tournament at Coronado Beach, which was just a 15-minute drive. I would definitely recommend both the area and this place!

We booked this place so my wife could rest after eye surgery, and it was absolutely perfect for that kind of stay. The space felt open and comfortable, so we never felt cooped up even after two days of rest. The couch was a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful view of CECUT and the quieter side of Zona Rio. From the 9th floor, the view felt luxurious and peaceful. Checkin with the security guard was easy and straightforward. I never once felt confused about where to enter or how things worked. Despite construction happening on the upper floors, the unit was impressively quiet. It felt like a true getaway, not a party base like in Centro. The vibe was calm and restorative. Honestly, this is the first place I would absolutely book again. It just delivered on everything we needed. Also what a comfy bed! They really nailed it on comfort.

Our stay was great! We traveled for my daughter’s 6th bday. The location was perfect, everything we planned on visiting was super close. Target was super closer for last min items needed. We enjoyed the pool to fullest. The unit was spacious and great view of the pool. The only thing that was super unfortunate was that the beds were not comfortable at all, I’m super sore and did not get any good sleep as those bed were rock hard. Everyone has differed preferences with beds and I definitely need a harder bed due to sciatica, but these were too hard for us. Other than that amazing stay and would definitely return (if the beds were swapped for a medium firm mattress)

Very good place and comfortable

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

El departamento es bellísimo y muy acogedor, todas las amenidades excelentes e igual que las fotografías. Claudia es una de las mejores hosts que hemos tenido y agradecemos infinitamente su hospitalidad. Definitivamente vamos a regresar!

Louis place was great. Beds were comfortable and very clean and well taken care of. Pictures are true to pictures and description. Security at the building is strong and the guys were friendly. Would stay again 100%

I loved how spacious, clean and quiet the resort was. The lobby was nice as well. Things did start off bumpy with the host I checked in with, she was trying to take her lunch and her co-worker was in training so unable to check me in without help. So evidently I interrupted the lunch of said host and she was angry and let it be known. I expressed it wasn’t my fault she was having to work while on lunch but we were already checking in an hour and a half late and did not want to wait for her lunch to be over. I was not angry with the host, I understand her frustration but also, I’ve never been asked to wait to check-in until the employees lunch is over. Overall the pros outweighed the cons.

Tony es un excelente anfitrión, nos entregó la casa él mismo dándonos un recorrido y explicando cada detalle. La casa es muy grande y bonita, cuenta con dos recámaras, sala, cocina, comedor, 3 baños completos y 1/2 baño, gimnasio, lavandería, fogata y más. En general la estancia fue muy buena, y la vista desde el balcón bellísima ya que se ve el mar 🌊. La comunicación también es excelente ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La privada donde se encuentra la casa 🏠 muy bonita y segura. Sin duda mi familia y yo pensamos en regresar pronto.

Kevin's cottage was the perfect place to stay in San Diego. I loved the back patio surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The home was a fitting Shabby Chic style, immaculate and comfortable for one or two guests. Kevin communicates very quickly and is right there in the neighborhood to help if needed. The surrounding neighborhood is comfortable to walk around. I will certainly seek another visit at Kevin's cottage when I return to San Diego.

Our family had an amazing time. Perfect place to spend family time together. The rooftop outdoor space was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient location. Quick walk to Bay and good local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful house with many locations nearby to go hang out, the home itself was very cozy we would love to stay again

Michaels place was beyond what my family and I expected. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We really felt like home and didn’t want to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were spotless. We have stayed at many air bnb’s and I must say this place is by far the best one we have been to. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. This place is giving us a reason to come back to San Diego.

This home was inviting and beautiful. Very tasteful interior design that was pleasant on the eyes and comfortable to relax in. The sauna, cold plunge, weights in the garage gave us plenty to do during downtime while the kiddos were napping. Jacquelyn was a friendly, responsive host that really made us feel welcome from the beginning with all of her suggestions/help via message. The location was nice because it was away from the hustle of the streets and the guys had a great time biking (bikes were provided) throughout the neighbors and enjoyed a quick ride to the “castle”. Would choose this home again for our next staycation in SD!
