Vacation rentals with a pool in La Presa

Host was Amazing! The house was clean and the house felt very cozy. The team was very responsive and very proactive in making sure our stay was great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in San Diego.

My group had an amazing time in KC’s home. It was gorgeous and very comfortable accommodations. KC was responsive and helpful whenever I needed to reach him. The kitchen was well equipped and the house in general had luxurious upgrades. The neighborhood was quiet and spacious for California. My group had 4 cars and the driveway fit everyone comfortably. No one was blocking anyone in. The master shower is a dream with two shower heads. The adhesive on the wall to maintain the door in place kept falling due to humidity but we simple just rubbed it back in place a few times a day. The 4th bedroom off the kitchen is smaller than the others and has a sliding door with glass portions so it’s not private. This was the only thing we wished was disclosed prior to staying since we had couples in each room and would’ve preferred everyone have equal privacy. Other than that we would absolutely stay in KC’s home again when visiting the SD area.

Amazing Airbnb with incredible amenities, really a rare gem! We stayed here with our 6-month old and this place had everything we needed for our baby and more. We will definitely be returning.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was charming and very comfortable for our family of us. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great! We spent most of our time in the backyard doing yoga, sitting by the fire pit, have breakfast outside and hanging in the “cowboy pool”. Walking to the local coffee spots or restaurants was an added bonus. North Park is a fun area that is convenient to the airport and beaches. We had an issue with the water heater pilot going out and the oven wouldn’t heat up. Mari Katherine and her assistant Bailee were very responsive and had someone out the next morning to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Everything was as expected. House was a great fit for our budget and family size. Good neighborhood and close to many of the places we wanted to go while visiting San Diego.

Bruce was the perfect host! He was super helpful from the moment we arrived and throughout the weekend. The best part of the home was the backyard and fun amenities throughout, like the ping-pong table and pool table. Bruce was super helpful and responsive when we ran into any questions. I appreciated the thoughtfulness like with the flowers he got our group to the flexibility he showed with our late check-out request. Thank you, Bruce!!!

The place was picture perfect of what you got vs the pictures. Very spacious. Comfortable beds and even Marissa giving us recommendations and even B.C. coming over to help us troubleshoot the hot tub! Not to mention after we checked out and was already an hour out of town. We realized we left a cellphone. She was prompt to find it and go to the post office to overnight it home to us! These hosts went above and beyond! We are excited to check out their other properties next vacation!

The location of the condo is amazing, you have a front view of the sunset and can enjoy that from inside if you prefer. Easy access to the main road and close to the pool. Plenty of towels. All the kitchen accessories you need plus a few extra. Fridge has an ice maker. Great place to stay!

Unbelievable view and a perfect location. Perfect spot to be if you’re looking to be in within minutes with walking where you want and only a quick 10 min drive to downtown. 10/10 💪

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. However, I would recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping as it can be a bit noisy at night. Overall, a pleasant experience!

We had a great stay at Daniel's place in TJ. The unit was exactly as pictured and described; clean and safe. We strongly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in TJ.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment perfectly suited our family’s needs—comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, being so close to the beaches and other San Diego attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. It was a very practical choice for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay here again!

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family getaway to San Diego! The location was central to so much and the views were stunning! The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a hit with our kids too! Stephanie and Ariel were friendly and helpful, the best hosts! Would highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend this host! We are a family of three and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, has an upscale feel, and boasts a pleasant view of the bay from the balcony. The home was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the ease of entering the home and the prompt responses from the host whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the kitchen appliances, layout of the unit, and thoughtful amenities/accessories which allowed us to save on expenses by eating-in and planning our meals out. The neighborhood is safe and we felt secure in the home. The host was proactive in making sure it met our needs and ensuring the pool was ready for our stay. The pool was quite warm and kept clean. This is a home we'd certainly consider renting again. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn, but quite comfortable, and there are TVs throughout. WiFi was easy to connect with and all instructions are clear and easy to follow. Don't miss out on this one!

This was a great stay! Location was so convenient for any activity you could choose from beach to Legoland. The place itself was great to hangout with pools, games etc. Kitchen had all the gear for making any meal! Our family would definitely come here again!

Home was in great condition, amenities are better than advertised, beautiful home with an ocean view. Very welcoming, well kept home set up for visitors, master suite is amazing, great spacious home for our family to enjoy over a long weekend. Location was great, close to everything , would recommend and would 10% stay again.
