I had a fantastic stay at Tony’s Airbnb! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Tony was an exceptional host—accessible, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided detailed instructions on everything, from check-in to setting up the sofa bed, making my stay stress-free. He was also very accommodating, promptly addressing any questions and even making it easy for me to extend my stay. I’ve now stayed at two of his locations, and both were spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of Tony’s rentals again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend! Thank you, Tony!

Lucas and Jay were great hosts. They had received a notice that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours the next day and sent me a notice. I was able to do laundry and shower before the hot water was turned off. The property has nice amenities: large jacuzzi, fire pits, outdoor pool and ping pong tables. The location is central to multiple retail districts. If you stay be sure to go to Coffee Dose. It is in a pink container between two commercial buildings and within easy walking distance. There is an Asian grocery store and multiple restaurants a few blocks away. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month., visiting family five minutes away. When we checked in, the place was immaculate! Plenty of towels, paper supplies, etc. We especially appreciated the beach/pool towels. The location is very convenient- walk to a grocery store, CVS, and other spots. Easy access to beaches and other attractions (Sesame Place, San Diego Zoo, Aquarium, etc.) The parking spot is as close as it could get. Kitchen equipped with all the basics. Bedroom furnishing a little sparse- only one nightstand in each bedroom- so we moved the nightstand from the second bedroom into the master. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Loved spending afternoons by the pool/hot tub. The grounds are very well maintained. Laundry facilities (just two buildings away) were clean and well-maintained. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Check in was a breeze. Definitely recommend 1669 Live Oak!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Overall great stay. Spacious apartment, free parking, all you need for short or long stay. Only thing we find misleading is that listing location is on the other side of the marina, closer to the beach.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and the instructions were detailed which made it so easy to check in and check out. George was quick to respond even when we wanted to stay an extra night. We had such a great visit and we plan on staying here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Karen's. Condo was clean and well supplied with cooking utensils. We made omelette's both mornings. The location to Silverado's pool and Mansion was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Thank you.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

I would absolutely recommend Brett’s airbnb. It is extremely clean, well maintained and very comfortable. A home away from home. It is exactly what you see in the pictures only better. Brett is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. I would look no further in booking with another place in the future. We will definitely be coming back here! This is a winner! Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? Robyn’s place was better and more spacious than described. The location cannot be beat and it was so nice to have parking in downtown Sacramento. It was an easy walk to Doco and the Golden One center as well as lots of restaurants. Our family of 4 was more than comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and more.

We stayed at John’s property for a short visit to San Diego for our nieces bridal shower. John was an excellent host! Always responsive, although we did not have any problems at all. His property is just perfect. Very clean, very comfortable beds, darling backyard, even the neighbors are nice. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend John’s property and an excellent host. Thank you John.

Corey’s description of the Airbnb experience was exactly as stated — wonderful. I especially appreciate Corey’s quick response to any questions or concern. We had to cut our trip short due to the CA wildfires but we will definitely rebook when we come to Long Beach. Thank you Corey.

Justin's place is a true oasis. Great location- less than a ten minute walk to the main street. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I would stay here again.

I was working in the area for quite a but of time along with my coworkers and Shobhit was nice enough to accommodate for our long stay. Their home is beautiful and has lots to make a big party satisfied. The area was very peaceful and the people by us were very friendly

House was centrally located, quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Great place to stay.

We had great stay at Katie's place. The house had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's also a great neighborhood to walk the dog (easy access to the lake). We like to cook and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our evenings in the sofa watching movies by the fireplace. We had a snow storm our last day. As soon as a the storm was over, somebody came to plow the driveway. The 11am checkout was a big plus as compared to many others rentals where we stayed. Overall we had a great stay and would love to comeback. Katie's was super easy to communicate with.

We flew in to California from Arkansas on a Wednesday to attend a funeral on Friday and one on Saturday. Dale met us at the house and was very friendly and willing to help with any concerns that we had.He brought toilet paper,packs of new washcloths and body wash and I absolutely loved that.There were plenty of large clean white bath towels.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and anything needed to cook with. The pantry was also well stocked but we ate out every meal.We only used the kitchen to make tea and coffee. He came and provided us with an extra parking pass for our guest.He offered to have the carpet cleaned while we was there but we opted to have the carpets cleaned after checkout.We was able to wash and dry our clothes with the washer and dryer in the garage.The beds were comfortable with nice clean linens and plenty of soft pillows.Check in was easy.We didn’t get to use the backyard at all because we was out and about every day.Roku TV’s in every room.

We stayed for one night for a gathering (with the owners permission and it was super clean & looked exactly like the pictures. Dale was also super nice and responded quickly. We had a little gathering and people had trouble parking only bc its residential and a lot of street parking were taken but nothing an uber cant fix! Def will be recommending and coming back here! Thank you!
