Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Presa

cute little spot for a 3 day trip! Very clean and the neighborhood was about 10 mins away from a popular area for asian cuisine if you’re into that!! would come back again!

One of our best Airbnb experiences so far! We loved everything about our stay. The place was sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. Wade was super responsive and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials, including salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, bathroom toiletries, and laundry supplies. Instructions were clear and accurate. The location was perfect too! Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed this Airbnb! The unit was very cute and clean, and worked out perfect for our family of 5 (1 baby and 2 dogs). It is definitely in the airplane flight path as they mention in their notes (so a bit noisy), but it is also a very convenient location to get to South Park, North Park, downtown, and conjoining freeways to other areas. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for those looking!

Peaceful, easy accessable, and comfortable home. There were many amenities in the kitchen that helped make our stay smooth. The area of the home had beautiful views and the crisp morning air was refreshing.

We live nearby in Ocean Beach; we had to have our places tented for termites, and Kelly was very gracious to allow us with our 7 pets (!) enjoy this quiet refuge. We loved the elegant pool and even had a roadrunner visit. Well-equipped kitchen and very spacious home. The second living room was dreamy cozy! We may be back soon just to get away from the hustle and bustle of our beach town! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Patti's! She was a fantastic host that went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Casita was clean and family friendly, with lots of extras included for our dog and little one such as a dedicated dog bowl and baby high chair. The back yard space was beautiful with fun games and hangout areas. The yard is shared with the host and fully fenced which was great for our pet. They have a lovely dog that will come out and say hello but Patti was also great at bringing their dog in to let the yard space feel fully private. overall we had a great stay and will be back hopefully the next time we are visiting San Diego!

Jacob's guest house was perfect for our needs over a holiday weekend. Very clear instructions made it really easy to get in. The space had plenty of thoughtful touches - extra toiletries, a wide variety of coffees and teas, cooking supplies, smart TV with plenty of entertainment apps... you name it. Anytime we're back in the Alpine area we'd definitely stay again.

The location of the condo is amazing, you have a front view of the sunset and can enjoy that from inside if you prefer. Easy access to the main road and close to the pool. Plenty of towels. All the kitchen accessories you need plus a few extra. Fridge has an ice maker. Great place to stay!

The place was amazing. Beautiful home and plenty to do in the area. Lucero was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will go back in the future whenever visiting San Diego.

Wonderful host that was very communicative and they even reached out ahead of time to inform me about the construction zone that dominates the exterior of the building. I’m glad they did because the city goes so far as to put signage up that declares the building unsafe currently just because of all of the construction going on. Understand this has no effect on the unit itself which was oceanfront and has all the beauty and serenity that that entails. But I was glad to have the heads up about the construction and the hosts were even kind enough to offer full cancellation if we had doubts ahead of time. Glad we didn’t cancel though. Ignore the construction, I’m sure it’ll be a necessary upgrade when it’s done and regardless, it won’t affect your time inside the condo. The place and the hosts were top notch. We will return… later! 😉

Nice spot in a great location, near lots of restaurants, very walkable and safe. The coffee maker did not work but there were coffee shops so close by we didn't bother Tony or Kevin during the holiday weekend. We liked it so much, we will likely be back!
