Very nice and small area with beautiful old fashioned-decor. Everything is just as described on the listing page, and area is very peaceful and walkable. Very friendly neighbors and nice paintings and decorations for the apartment. Would recommend stay.

This beach front house was perfect! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was our favorite place we’ve rented in Surfside so far!

If you are looking to retreat with your family look no further! The house was perfect and very clean! You can choose to fish off your personal dock or walk a few steps to the pier. Getting to the beach is super easy as well with it being across the street from the community. Having everything at your fingers is so amazing! We were close enough to walk to the small store, get bait and eat at a great restaurant! Getting in touch with the rental company is easy and a very quick response! We look forward to staying more in the future!

The house was great. We have stayed in the neighborhood many times over the years and this was one of the best. It is near the water with unobstructed views of the water, with a great front deck you can watch the waves roll in. The neighborhood beach is a quick drive or walk across the neighborhood if you want to swim, but the beach in front of the house if you want to hang out or try and catch crabs. The place was clean and decorated super cute. There were lots of games for the kids to play, and the kitchen was very well stocked…hot pot for your French press, crock pot, cutting board, plenty of pots and pans, sheet pans, and even a crushed ice maker!

Have stayed at many air bnbs and this has been my favorite so far! The instructions of arrival were very clear, the host was very attentive responded immediately at my minor questions, the place was pristine. It was bigger and better in person photos don’t do it justice! The game room, the neighborhood and best of all THE PRIVATE BEACH all at a low cost ?! This place was a dream! Was able to walk to the beach and I’m not even a walker but it was so close I didn’t want to leave! Do not hesitate to book can’t wait to stay again!

Review: The location is about 15 mins off the main freeway. Is not right off the beach but you can definitely see it from the patio and balcony and entrance is about 7-10 minutes from the house. Go during the day or early evening because the road curves and there are no street lights. Also go during the day because the mosquitoes are HORRIBLE! Bring repellent because you will need it regardless of day or night. They are big and aggressive. All of this is forgiven once you enter the home! The aesthetic is very peaceful and the decor is fitting for the beach and being close to the sea. It’s a 3/2 with a laundry area. Definitely a great option for a family trip! My family of 6 was comfortable with space that wasn’t utilized. Plus all rooms come with additional cots in case more space is needed. Bring food as there is only a food truck within 20-30 minutes. Will definitely rent again! It was a peaceful trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Angie was very great to communicate and offer suggestions. We have a family of 4 with different interests, and everybody had such a great time. The view was amazing! We slept on all the beds and sofa bed with no complaints. I loved all the little things she thought about including so you really can relax like you are at home. The porch was a great place to sit together and talk. We will definitely be back and would book with Angie again!

Really impressed with this listing! Things that stood out to me: really great AC, comfortable mattresses, cozy couch, large balcony with awesome view and plenty of chairs, thoughtfully decorated with hooks for all the things, nice kitchen stocked with just enough basics, wide open lawns with plenty of grass, easy walk to the beach, secluded beach without cars or tons of people. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! The only downside was that the washer / dryer unit looks to be from the 80s and didn't work for our stay. Would've been really nice to do laundry before coming home, they offered an appliance maintenance appointment on our last day and we declined assuming it would not just be an immediate fix.

Loved this location! The pool was perfect, and it’s so nice to be able to walk right onto the beach. Parking was great. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed all the amenities. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the experience was both relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!
