Great location, check in was super easy with very detailed instructions. Underground parking was only $10 per night which was also convenient.

We loved this place, everything was really clean & organized, she was so kind and shared some eggs for our breakfast, the place is beautiful and it has everything you need so u don't have to worry about anything it's like your own home with all necessities on it... We enjoyed the pool too it's very clean... Hope we can come back it's a perfect place 😊

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

We had a great time while staying here! Bruce made everything so easy to follow and was very helpful! The place is beautiful inside and out! The staircase and theater room was my favorite! I definitely recommend if you are in town with a big family! Staying here was one of the highlights of our family trip to Texas! Would rent from again in the future!

Great location. Home is nicely furnished, well-stocked, and very clean. Amazing communication with the hosts before and during my visit. Hosts were very friendly and genuinely cared about the quality of my visit.

Our family had a great stay at RJ’s place! There were so many games and activities for us to do, we were never bored. There were a few small things that we brought up to RJ and she was so responsive and attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. We loved it!

Donna was a wonderful host, she was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Her beautiful and pristine home is in a lovely neighborhood with convenient access to great restaurants and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay at her home!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay 5 night stay and were welcomed with flowers, wine and soap. We needed to be close to the convention center and depending on the time of day it was 9-15 minutes, which was great. The house was situated in a resort style community very serene and safe. The unit was clean and everything was available including kitchen and bathroom items. Communication with owners was quick. The units loft is a bedroom with no door if that matters to anyone. Other than that it is an awesome place to stay!

Thank you for accommodating a last minute check in. We played a game of basketball and enjoyed a nice evening in the hot tub. Wonderful and seamless check in

Mike and Adriana were amazing hosts! Very quick response time and so friendly and accommodating! Celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. Beautiful property and met all of our needs. Check in and check out we’re very simple and straight forward. They give plenty of details and were awesome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Our stay was great. The house was super clean and cozy, had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Location is about 25 mins to the Colony and Grandscape. There is a Walmart close by and other food options around.

I stayed at Robert's place with my wife and daughter, it was a beautiful, well decorated house, perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. The location was amazing, such a serene and peaceful location, with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Robert was fantastic, he communicated well thoughout our stay and made sure we felt right at home. There is a cute little guest book and Robert has taken the time to list out some of the local spots to eat and things to do, which we found really helpful. We would love to stay here again and most certainly will keep our eye out for this gem the next time we're looking for an Airbnb in the DFW area.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Such a pleasure to be at their winery and enjoyed talking to all of those who worked there. Stayed there the night before my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!!

This was a place to read, rest, enjoy wine on the patio with family, and recharge. Highly recommend for an in town getaway that feels like an out of town vacay. Richard was a conscientious host and the cabin a tiny bit of Heaven off Lake Grapevine. Close enough to see the lake, but removed from too much lake hustle bustle. Look forward to visiting again when I need a break from the real world!

We had to be all over Dallas one long weekend and absolutely loved this sparkling-clean, upgraded and very well stocked home base! Grapevine is a hidden gem in the Dallas area, and the location is aces for anywhere else you need to be. Kitchen has everything imaginable to cook with, impeccable back yard and deck, and the garage access was a bonus. Minimal checkout procedures needed. Highly recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Extremely close to AT&T arena so we were able to avoid all the hectic traffic going to and leaving our event. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again for another event.

This is the perfect spot for a family! Sherri & Nick have added thoughtful touches to their space that go a long way when you’re traveling with young kids. The location was close to everything and we would rebook!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. I would give it a solid 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to return. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were fresh and clean, and the entire house was spotless. There were TVs everywhere, adding to the convenience and comfort. Overall, it exceeded my expectations!
