Love sand pebbles! We’ve been staying at these condos for years. They have definitely updated some amenities…. Ex: ceiling fans, extra fans in the closet, updated showers, and the property is always so clean. We love it here!

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

This is a great little place. It is walk-able to Balboa Park (and the zoo, if you want to add some steps to your day at the zoo). It was clean. Comfortable. It was a bit far from downtown for my little's legs, but for grown ups and bigger kids the walks would be no problem. Having a little kitchen was super. I did not attend the time-share presentation. The only thing i did not care for is the bathroom light was motion detecting, and super bright. So it would turn off while showering, and getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night was blinding. It is possible there is a way to turn it on and off to stay on or off, but i did not figure it out.

El único detalle es que los vecinos de abajo se quejan del ruido aún cuando estamos solo caminando y haciendo las actividades normales, por lo que creo que es muy fácil que se oigan sonidos hacia el depa de abajo, así que tienes que estar caminando con cuidado y en puntitas prácticamente

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

This being my very first time using Airbnb, the experience couldn't have been better. The contact person for Rentas, Natalia, was the most responsive and helpful host. Her communication was clear and concise, with immediate solutions. The unit itself is as pictured in prime downtown TJ with an incredible view of the city at night. The loft is clean with comfortable amenities. The security at the building is friendly and attentive. Best experience and I'll definitely book with Rentas at this unit again!

Un lugar agradable, cómodo, tranquilo, limpio, céntrico, seguro. Fabián atento en todo momento. La mayoría de los traslados están entre 10 y 15 minutos en auto.

Lucy was a great host. There was a miscommunication on my end and Lucy was extremely cooperative. Area is nice and clean and is gated and secured if you have a vehicle.

The place is exactly like the pictures, the area where is located is very convenient restaurants, parks and the beach are very walkable. I really enjoy the place however i would love if they have some TV at the rooms since sometimes we were tired and wanted to lying down and relax watching a movie or something and the sofa at the living room not enough. had a great stay. only thing I will note, but it didn't affect me enough to leave anything but a 5 star review. the bathroom has no sink. again, didn't affect my stay and I'm sure it was shown in the pictures and it was a detail I overlooked. other than that I had no issues. responsible and responsive host. no real loud noises, slept peacefully. would stay again.

El departamento fue tal cual lo publicado en el anuncio, y muy cerca a lo que necesitamos.

El lugar es tranquilo y apto para lo que se necesite; en mi caso estuvo bien. Si regresaría de nuevo y lo recomiendo si lo necesitas llegar a dormir o descansar solo o en pareja.

Increíble alojamiento, cuenta con todo y tiene adicionales que te harán sentir como en casa o mejor aun, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente, la zona es tranquila, si caminas un poco encuentras locales de comida y souvenirs, recomiendo el restaurante de comida china a lado de la panadería :) . El colchón es muy cómodo, la lavadora y la secadora son un plus que te harán el viaje más cómodo, afuera hacia frio, pero adentro era muy confortable, tiene entrada independiente. Es de los mejores alojamientos que me quedado ya que el anfitrión piensa en todo y la decoración es muy agradable.

Muy acogedor el lugar y limpio

I stayed at Adrian's for one month. I highly recommend to stay here at the studio. Adrian is very helpful and friendly. The studio is comfortable and has a beautiful view of Tijuana. The neighborhood is calm and safe and located well to access the rest of the city and the Otay border. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tijuana.

I actually did not stay the night, my plans got canceled

I was comfortable and had a good experience. I'd stay again.
