The property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that rivaled the coziness of our own home. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to whip up almost any meal. From cookware to an impressive array of spices, we had all the tools to enjoy home-cooked dinners, which made our stay even more special. It’s rare to find such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! The location is perfect for soaking in the local culture. Right on the beach, we loved taking daily walks to explore the vibrant Leucadia community. The highlight, though, was watching the sunset every evening from the living room or deck—pure magic! We had such an amazing week for our party of 7 family reunion!!! The house was exactly as described and so well stocked with amenities, most especially books, toys, and any children’s item you could think of for your young boys. Our family had tons of fun using the pool and hot tub, we definitely utilized the wide assortment pool/beach toys and floaties as well. We had a very good time with the special treasure hunt game which was amusement for all ages. Communication was top notch and the recommendations were much appreciated and spot on. We’re already planning our next vacation here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Great place to stay with family and/or friends with a great pool, spa, views, spacious accommodation and close (driving distance) to downtown, Little Italy and all that San Diego has to offer. My daughters loved the pool and the spa. Tooraj was a great host and responded quickly to any questions. There are some scuffs and scrapes that could be touched up which could do with touching up but nothing concerning. The house was clean and there were plenty of fresh and clean towels upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We stayed here for the weekend. My fiancé & I fell in love with this property. The home, the surrounding land, the view of the mountains in the backyard, and the jacuzzi! It was all breath taking, would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. No traffic sounds, no city lights, no sounds of the people, but sounds of farm animals nearby. We were able to meet a few cats on the property which was really adorable >.< The host was awesome! Very attentive, fast response, and they actually provided us with two flashlights as we explored the darkness of that night!! Will be back during the summer - see you soon!

I really enjoyed my time spent there. Not only the scenery was nice, but it was also quiet and peaceful. I also especially appreciated Jeffery’s hospitality and kindness and I would definitely recommend going back!

We have stayed with Isabella several times. She is a wonderful host. The house is located in a lovely walkable neighborhood. Feel very safe staying there. The neighbors are friendly and we feel very welcome staying there. Lots of local restaurants and stores are within walking distance. The San Diego zoo and balboa park are within 10 minutes driving distance. What we love the most about the house is the beautiful backyard. It has very comfortable patio furniture, picnic table, and a table with an umbrella. We spend many nights out at the fire pit. The house is very comfortable. The house has a wonderful sectional that we have watched many movies and footballs games with our family. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our staycation in San Diego, thanks to our beautiful home away from home at Jason’s Air BnB unit. The beach is within walking distance from the house and there are plenty of good restaurants to go to nearby. We appreciate that Jason’s place is dog-friendly as the neighborhood is very dog friendly. There are some good dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance and the dog beach in San Diego is within walking distance too. It’s a perfect place to have a staycation with family and furbabies. Thank you Jason and Keri for all the clear instructions about the house that it made our stay smooth sailing! Definitely booking again if we ever need a staycation in SD in the future.

Had a nice stay - check in instructions were a little hard to find but once we found the online portal they were pretty straightforward. Comfortable bed, nice shower head, and clean small studio space. Beach gear was provided which was a nice touch. Great location with easy free parking in the surrounding streets. Host was very responsive to any messages.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, full of character, and perfectly located. The garden was such a peaceful oasis—we spent a lot of time out there. A great wedding weekend. This home made for a much more personal stay for my sister, my dogs and I. Friendly neighbors - close to the city’s venues. We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Gwynn's place, it is so peaceful and lovely. Like a secret garden getaway. We loved all the small touches, and beauty of the space. Vanessa’s place was nothing short of amazing! The location is just unbearable. A walk to the beach/boardwalk, 5 min from Seaworld, 20 min from downtown. Near Mission beach and Pacific beach, surrounded by great restaurants. I could go on and on. It fit my family of 4 plus my mom and stepdad perfectly. We enjoyed the pool during the day and hot tub at night. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. We would absolutely stay there again and plan to!

Teri was a great host. The place was clean, location was good. I traveled with my wife and 4 year old son and this is the first time we visited San Diego. We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Paige's airbnb. Everything was as described and in working order. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of silverware and dinnerware. BBQ was easy to use and the front patio and back patio are perfect for relaxing and visiting. We had a great stay and really enjoyed being able to have all 9 of us in one house for the week!
