Condo vacation rentals in Brazos River

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The entire space was very clean and well-maintained, making it easy to settle in and enjoy right away. The highlight for us was definitely the beautiful lake view—it was so peaceful to wake up to each morning. The easy access to the pool was also a huge plus, especially for relaxing afternoons in the sun. The comfort, location, and amenities were great and we’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the right touches.

This is a great spot for the price. Good value for right on the beach. The pool area is nicer than others with a higher price in the area. Great pool for people of all ages with a large family pool, family hot tub, 1 foot kiddie pool and adults only hot tub. Beach access on property. Walter was very responsive for any questions. The remote from a few reviews ago is still acting up and the property is pretty small with basic amenities. Not the owners fault but the elevator was out and looks like it’s out often with the signage. I don’t recommend staying there if you can’t go down the stairs if needed. Another guest on our floor was facing the tough situation of getting a 91 year old down the stairs. Overall excellent value and we would stay there again.

Great location for a quick escape. Actually made us want to return for an extended stay rather than just a quick weekend. The private beach access is phenomenal!

Great place for a getaway. We had a group of various ages from a 2 year old to 50+ year old. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made the stay very convenient. The view and location to the beach and swimming pool are great. If you need to run into town, not a problem.

Had a wonderful time and loved the condo and its view. Kathie and Eddi were great hosts and responded quickly when the keypad died and we were locked out. Will definitely be returning and staying there again ❤️

I always live staying at this condo. There is lots to do and see, or if I just want to relax a little it is very quiet. Diana is always easy to communicate with.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and everything in the condo exceeded our expectations. We loved the location - right on the beach and close to everything! Kids loved the pool. The inside of the condo was adorable. Pictures don’t do it justice- very cute decor! Host was extremely helpful and very responsive. Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! You can enjoy the lake views from sitting on the couch in the living room, as well as waking up to that beautiful view from the master bedroom. Then to be able to open the patio door & just step out right there on the lake WOW! My husband & daughter truly enjoyed fishing right there next to the condo. I enjoyed watching them from the living room. Their smiles everytime they caught a fish was priceless. The dog loved watching the ducks & loved being able to go outside right off of the living room patio. This is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Anna made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She was amazing with her fast response to all our questions. Her hospitality was outstanding. The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back! If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything we needed and fun to be near Zilker Park.

We had a great time in Galveston! Condo was in a perfect location and had a beautiful view of the ocean! It was so clean with everything we needed! Bed was great, with the small touches and amenities in case we forgot something. The beach day gear including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards made for the best beach day and so convenient. Washer and dryer in unit was super helpful! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Would definitely recommend and if we find ourselves in Galveston again we would pick this condo and location again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The condo had a nice view of the water and a nice view from the primary bedroom. We ate twice at the restaurant that is on the premises. The host was very responsive when I reached out to ask a few questions.

Traci was extremely responsive and kind! We had no logistical issues and enjoyed our stay!

Cindy was so helpful and responsive. Had one hiccup with getting in but was figured out quickly. Everything was fabulous.

We enjoyed this condo very much. We stayed on a very busy holiday weekend. The place was spotless and well stocked. It’s a small space and I would not recommend more than 4 people stay. We had 3 people and 2 dogs. Not much space to set up a dog crate, but we made it work. The dog park with a sprinkler & shower was a huge help. The beach is just across the street. The unit is up 2 flights of stairs (and the elevators were slow) so we did get our workout. The remodeling of the building does look a bit rough from the exterior still, and I was worried when we first pulled up that the inside would be the same. Not at all! The pools and grounds are wonderful. Parking/pool wristbands are $10/day so plan to pay a little extra. All in all it is a great place and we do recommend it.

This was my second 2 week stay here. If available I will book again.

Great spot near the beach! Perfect for our small family. Loved that we had access to beach chairs & beach toys. Pool area was awesome and it was nice to walk right out from the condo to the pool. Fun themed condo which was very clean and inviting. Great host! Thanks again!

Older place but nicely decorated and very clean. Convenient location and very responsive hosts. AC controller did not work otherwise nothing but positive to say about the place and the location

We had a great stay at this condo over Mother’s Day weekend! This condo is perfect if you’re looking for hotel amenities, but want more space and flexibility than a hotel can offer. Plus, it’s great not having to cross the busy seawall road to get to the beach. Sitting up on the balcony of the 6th floor condo watching and listening to the waves was bliss. We will be back!

This place was perfect for what we needed. The elevator was out of service, so the FLIGHTS of stairs became cumbersome, however over all it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment felt like home from the very first day. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and has everything you need for long-term living. The garage is very convenient and easy to use. While there’s not a lot of natural sunlight, the place is still cozy and comfortable. The host was super responsive and always quick to reply. Thank you for a great experience!
