Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Terlingua

This was a great place. Very clean and organized. Spacious for a group stay. During our stay, Lara was very responsive and very friendly. Highly recommended. Just be aware that the location is likely more remote than what you're used but it has all the amenities listed work. Remember to bring water!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We would definitely consider in returning. The layout of the home with the upstairs worked fine for us and our friends. As they state if you have mobility issues the stairs, outside bath etc, may not work for you. Terlingua was lovely and the parks were superb as usual. The host was very responsive with questions and had everything we needed. Great getaway!

What a great little place near all things Big Bend! Place was bright, clean, well equipped and has a great view! Its proximity to the park entrance, and Terlingua was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Dan and Tana’s property was above and beyond what we were looking to experience for peaceful getaway for our anniversary!! Dan was right on time with his schedule of greeting us when we made it to Terlingua and his walk through the house and things to do while there was priceless!! We will be back!!

This house was in a great location on 170 and allowed us to access all of the trails, plus the golf course restaurant and bakery. At night, we spent most of our time on the patio looking out at the stunning view of the mountains/stars. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items to cook meals and bathrooms had plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap/shampoo. I would absolutely come back to Big Bend and rent from Manuel again.

Amazing stay at this gem! So unique and special, everywhere you look there is something interesting. Truly feels like a whole other planet the landscape is incredible! Great location for exploring Big Bend and surroundings.

The house is spacious and quiet. Location was great as well. Close to Big Bend NP and Terlingua. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances so cooking meals was easy and convenient.

We really loved Tres Patas! The area is very beautiful and so quiet. Lots of privacy but not too far from town or the National Park. The house was clean and nicely decorated. It was great to sit on the porches and watch the sunset and night sky. Stephanie was very responsive, and house instructions were simple and easy. We would love to visit again!

Our stay at Stardust Big Bend was amazing. We had a great time and an easy 30mins drive to the national park. The space itself is well equipped and a slice of glamping in nature. We enjoyed the amenities and even utilized the clubhouse for some darts and air hockey. Overall the place is cute, the night sky looks stunning once you adjust your vision. The pods are spaced apart well so you don’t get any disturbances from the neighbors. The only two things to note are Frame #1 , where we stayed faces the road and this being the long weekend there was a lot of through traffic which hampered the quite of the night. I would recommend getting some of the other Frames as they are further inside. Also, because of the dry weather we kept getting a static shock when trying to open the doors. Nothing terrible but became a running joke btw my partner and I on who should touch the door handle first. Overall an excellent stay! Highly recommend

The location and the host was perfect for us. With the location right in the middle of both parks of Big Bend. The best part was the ability to just get away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life.

The location was ideal for exploring Big Bend and nearby Terlingua Ghost Town, which had a couple great bars and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook. Loved having the outdoor space to watch the sky!

This was a beautiful place to stay and definitely matched the amazing surroundings! Sad that we only had one night, and would definitely go back again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the A frame which was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. We cooked 2 of our meals and took a little adjusting to the stove top. The stargazing was fantastic, the 2 separate outdoor spaces were great for relaxing. We also utilized the community center which had a pool table, Foosball, air hockey and darts. The proximity to Big Bend was 15 min to the entrance and about 45 min to trails. Our favorite hike was the lost mine, you have to arrive before sunrise to get a parking spot or go later when it's super hot. We went Friday morning around 830 but were too late so went Saturday about 650 in the morning, and there were about 5 spaces left. The hosts were great at communicating before and during our stay. the helpful hints really made our drive and stay seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was a perfect retreat and we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the landscape and really just a perfect spot for sirting out and relaxing at night under the stars. It was a great spot to stay while visiting Big Bend NP!

We will be back! Incredible place! Crazy windstorm that night but those tents are solid! Thank you!!!

Starlight Sanctuary was beautiful! Everything was cozy and nicely updated. The views were lovely. The host was very responsive. We had everything we needed - comfy bed, working wifi, warm shower. The only slight downfall was that you're about 30 minutes north of ghost town/"downtown" Terlingua, which means you're farther from the park entrance too, but I guess that's the tradeoff for the feeling of remoteness and views. We would stay again!

Luckily this place was available last minute after another didn’t work out. Tyler was very responsive which I am extremely grateful for. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. I felt safe and cozy in the cabin. Great place to stay if you are visiting the area!

Great place and space. Easy to get to and to other places. Stayed here several times and won't stay anywhere else. Love it!

Wow! Penni’s place was in the most amazing location! Surrounded by natural beauty and a great base for Big Bend NP. The cabin was so well fitted out with excellent cooking facilities including loads of herbs and spices, cooking oil and coffee, as well as a large assortment of Pyrex cooking dishes, baking trays and kitchen gadgets such as pizza cutter, tongs and even a small stovetop kettle for tea drinkers like me. Super comfy bed, big shower with good hot water, air conditioners and a large washer and dryer. We ate all our meals on the porch watching the sunrise and sunset and all the birds that call Penni’s place home. And best of all a quiet and highly private spot with no other homes in sight!

We had a great time exploring Big Bend and local Art shops. The A frame was great, just enough space to feel at home and comfortable. Peaceful surroundings and the view of the stars was spectacular, couldn't get enough of the views. We will return in the near future.

We we're grateful to find this self built adobe cabin during spring break. At the last minute our plans for tent camping became untenable due to high winds. Marcs sturdy one room cabin atop the hills above Ghost Town not only provided us a reprieve from the winds, but surprised us with amazing vistas and convenient location to food and bars in Ghost Town. Marc was always quick to respond from booking to checkout. The bathhouse has flushing toilets and one shower with hot running water, which was a nice perk after days hiking dusty trails. If you want a solid place to sleep with access to running hot water for cleanliness, this spot is great.
