“Loved our stay here. Especially during Covid-19, it was the perfect way to social distance & vacation on our 3-week roadtrip. Will especially miss the rooftop terrace for stargazing in pitch dark. Absolutely magical. Also Jennifer’s restaurant is super delicious and she’s a lovely host.”

“This place is a very unique get away to enjoy the beauty of the mountains of west texas. Its close to the towns of Ft Davis, Alpine and Marpha but away in the mountains in an area called the Mano Preito estates which has about 8 to 10 homes all spread far away from each other. For us the highlight was enjoying our evenings in the sit-out area enjoying the views, then going for a walk to watch the sunset followed by star gazing. While the bedrooms are a tad bit small, the large living area more than makes up for it and is great for spending the day when its hot outside. We appreciated that the cleaning fee was included where lots of orher airbnbs in the area charge huge amounts as cleaning fee. We also got to see the beautiful blue grosbeak and a javelina. We had a lovely stay. We had planned on staying for 3 nights but extended our stay to 4 nights.”
