Lisa was a wonderful host. So close to a quite private beach, you can watch the sunset from a cute outdoor seating area that overlooks the coast. The house was extremely clean with literally all the things you could need on the coast. 12/10. 💜🐋

Can’t say enough about the attention to detail instructions didn’t have to ask a question once. the amenities of the kayak, e bikes hot tub. lighting and that dyson heater OMG. well put together dwelling cute, intimate, very relaxing. Didn’t get to try brick pizza oven due to short stay but opportunity for next time. space was very efficiently put together with a lot of thought and attention to detail. unwinding by propane fire pit to top it off. Thank you for hosting a memorable home.

Amazing views, and amazing patio to read a book early morning, not far from Capitola and Santa Cruz, definitely would stay again!

James's place was as described--it's a basement-level apartment. It's on a cul-de-sac on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood with some stately redwood trees in the yard. Parking was easy. The location was very convenient to Mountain View and Sunnyvale. The apartment was clean and equipped with the basics. WiFi was good. Having laundry in-unit was very helpful. Check-in was easy, and the directions for locating the place were clear. Yes, as described, the ceilings are low (6' 6" or so), and there are a couple of thresholds that are, I'd say, 6' 0" (I'm 6' 1" and couldn't stand under them fully), but I knew to expect that. It does mean the shower head is also pretty low, but, again, I expected that. The people upstairs can be heard moving about, but it wasn't enough to be majorly noticeable. Overall, a nice place to stay and a good value in an area where lodging is very expensive.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth. Lovely rooms, enough space for all 4 of us. The location is fantastic—close to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Lei Anna was very helpful and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Wir waren zu dritt in Rolandos Apartment und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Rolandos Frau, Francesca, ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Person, die uns bei allen Wünschen geholfen hat. Es liegt ihr sehr am Herzen, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, das große Bett und die ausklappbare Couch sind bequem. Im Bad ist auch genug Platz und die Jacouzi Badewanne ist toll. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß zur Mall oder zur Stadtbahn von San Jose und ist schnell Downtown. Perfect for the solo business traveler. Wendy went above and beyond to assist me and was very friendly and personable. Very nice, quiet neighborhood; would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Gabriel’s was a wonderful experience! Not only was the space extremely roomy, but it was also very homey. The location was very convenient as it’s next to lots of hiking and restaurants. Gabriel was also very responsive & kind to any & all inquiries we had during our stay. We will gladly stay again in the future!

I have stayed here a number of times when I visit for work. It is very safe, clean and quiet. It is my favorite place to stay while in San Jose.

Small but very clean and quiet. Unlike many rentals, the flat screen TV worked perfectly and was set up to be enjoyed comfortably. We just needed a place to sleep at night and this place met our needs with zero issues.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The neighborhood shops were a mile walk from the house which made for a perfect morning jog/ walk to coffee! There was a lovely orange tree in the yard so I had my fill of fresh oranges during my stay. I’m a little cold natured and the temperature dropped, so the only challenge was only having a space heater to keep the room warm. But there were plenty of blankets and the heating/cooking system is well described in the listing. I’d come back for another solo business trip! My stay was wonderful.

Amber's place was comfortable, clean and spacious. Their yard ended up being a beautiful haven for woodland creatures - we were visited by majestic deer who lounged, nibbled on the grass and kept us company all day. Such a peaceful retreat in the hills. Easy and quick to get down the hill in either direction to get to nearby cafes, grocery stores and local restaurants.

Extremely easy check, accommodating when our travel time was delay. The place is real calm and clean! Would recommend for a quick get-away within the city.

The place was a bit cold but otherwise nice. The host was very helpful and communicative.

I've stayed at 50+ Airbnb and this spot is one of my absolute favorites when traveling solo. Very comfortable bed firm/supportive with a soft top. Very quiet, immaculately clean. ample and quality amenities and appliances. The overall feeling elegant and luxurious. I would recommend to anyone and plan to stay anytime I'm in the area.

The space is cozy with fun touches - motion lights under the bed that act as nightlights, great lighting, a great tabletop space. There’s a great spot to sit outside. We’ll stay here again.

My husband and I spent two nights there to play board games on the big dining table and walk to great restaurants in downtown Campbell. The place was exactly as pictured and described on the listing. The location was great, the space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Thao was a fantastic host. She’s incredibly detail-oriented—she thought of everything and made all the instructions super clear. We’d definitely stay again!
