Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Cruz

We had a great stay here, very clean and super comfortable bed. Parking could sometimes be a bit annoying but we always managed to find a spot. Great views from the balconies and within a short drive of the downtown areas.

Lovely property perfect for a family break, would definitely stay again if in the bay area.

It’s our first trip with our one month old son and we had an amazing time! We are familiar with the area which is why we picked Erin’s place since it’s so close to privates! Also Erin provided bikes with surfboard rack that we used to ride to surf at jacks which is a huge plus! The house is super well decorated and beds are comfortable. We love the hot tub as well! Everything is perfect! Highly recommended

Everything was advertised. This unit had it all. Very comfortable for 2 or 3 couples. The location was spectacular.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach house, just a few steps away from Miramar Beach. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids, there’s a deck out front with a sunset ocean view, and the master bedroom is very large. Howaida is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seascape condo. Great location with easy beach access for morning or evening walks. We stayed mid-week at the end of April and the resort area was very sleepy, which was perfect for us. Having a well stocked market and restaurants within walking distance was a bonus. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Would stay again.

Have visited North end of Santa Cruz many times and long ago lived near the harbor. Had not spent much time in South end of Santa Cruz which was a treat. Surfview house was the perfect place for a beach holiday allowing you to feel like a Santa Cruz local for a few days. Lot's of opportunities a short walk from the house. All the beach amenities you could ask for. Kitchen and 2nd floor living space has spectacular views and kitchen was well stocked with fancy new appliances and a pleasure to prepare meals. Hope to return for a future visit.

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

Amazing place, wish we could have stayed longer! We couldn't wait to run down to the beach (pretty sure we made it there in less than 28 seconds 😉) Very clear instructions with pictures to find the place which I greatly appreciated (our last airbnb gave us the wrong address). The view from the living room is beautiful and so cozy next to the fireplace. We saw lots of sea lions, dolphins and a whale! Everything is nicely labeled with clear instructions. Spent most of our time on the sand but when it got dark, the workout mirror and 3D tv are very fun. Comfy beds. Aquarium passes were a nice bonus too!

Seascape resort is beautiful! The unit was very spacious. We loved the outdoor space as well. I wish we stayed longer.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Fantastic location and home for a family get-away. Much to see and do on site and in the local area. The home is very comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you might need and more. Can’t wait to book again!

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

Delightful stay despite the foggy/blustery weather -- May normal. Great floorplan for socializing or privacy; comfy beds(!!); baths clean and stocked; plush throw blankets; wood burning fireplace. Monterey Dunes Colony is truly a hidden gem -- been driving by for decades and didn't know it was even there! Excellent boardwalk system for navigating the dunes and accessing the beach. Also "downtown" Moss Landing has a couple of interesting surprises. Best is Haute Enchilada = amazing mole & margs + unforgettable space. I'll leave it to you to experience the details -- including open hours. Local seafood restaurants all performed well.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Perfect location & includes a parking spot! This was our second stay and when we return this will be our first choice! Great lil walkable town ❤️

It was a fantastic stay at Frank's. We had our privacy with a fantastic view! 🌊 You can reach the city in just 20 minutes and the beach in about 10 minutes. Everything was exactly as described Frank was quickly available & always friendly with questions. Recommended ☀️

A beautiful house, we had a lovely stay in the most beautiful setting, what an incredible area. Trish was easy to communicate which made everything really easy, even though it was short notice. Trish was really helpful with dropping off bags early. Thank you so much!

We rented the place to house us and our bridal party during our wedding weekend. The home is spacious with a massive back yard. It was very clean and located across the highway from the beach. Check in was easy and checkout instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are super responsive and also reasonable to requests. It was a great weekend overall!

The style of the home leans more traditional, and while everything was clean and functional, a few modern touches could make the space feel even more comfortable and up to date.
