Mateo was an amazing host definitely very responsive, communicated quickly, bed was super comfy. Super clean. Great place to stay to relax or even when wanting some nature and be in an out will definitely be staying again Price way beyond responsible definitely worth it

Lisa and Andy were great hosts. The house was comfortable and walking distance to the beach. Everything was as listed and hosts were responsive. Lots of great areas to hike nearby and awesome restaurants like “the Hideout”. Definitely recommend.

What a great guest suite close to the ocean and several beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet. The suite was very spacious! It had a large bathroom, living area, and the little kitchen area was well thought out and stocked with several gadgets. Jane was a fantastic host and a delight to speak with. She made everything easy, accessible, and left a wonderful packet with what to do, restaurants, house instructions and more! The Parks pass was a fabulous perk. We would stay there again!

Himani was super sweet! She made sure she was available when we arrived to give us the keys then gave us a run down of the place. My husband and I stayed with our friend and her fiancé so it was perfect as there were 2 private bedrooms, each with a private entrance outside. Each couple had our own half restroom and shared a shower, so if you don’t mind that, this place is perfect! Super close to Capitola and seascape resort where we attended a wedding.

This place is great. Nice patio area with chairs. Bathroom is spacious with his and hers sinks. Bed is super comfortable, memory foam. Host is super friendly and helpful with whatever you need.

We had a great time at the Boho Oasis! Place was just as described.. It felt very private and so cozy! Slept like a baby lol.. Marie and her family were very friendly and she answered any questions I had right away! Loved it :) AND THE DOG IS SO CUTE.

The location is a destination in and of itself! Gorgeous property with cozy and homey furnishings. The linens were fresh and smelled so good! Beautiful views everywhere you look inside the suite. They event out pillows in the bench next to the window so you can gaze and watch the sunset. My favorite part is the garden swing next to the orange tree. The hot tub is luxurious as well—great for a couples retreat or break from the busy city

Gabriel was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. He was responsive. The home is beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were also clean and well kept. The bed linens were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was clean and sanitary. The view from the balconies is outrageously beautiful. Our stay was very relaxing and quiet. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Gabriel for being a great host.

I LOVE how private this space was, I felt safe. It was quiet. The place was clean and seemed new, I mean, all the appliances were new and the bed seemed new and comfortable.... super comfortable. The place has a very millenial feel to it. There were plenty of shopping centers within walking distance. I would definetly stay here again next time I'm in San Jose.

Our stay was great. Well located and easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. Yet peaceful for us to come back to and spot deer while drinking our coffee every morning. Worked out well for our family get together. Thank you!

I had a great stay for a week of overnight work. The hosts were so nice! Gave me tips on places to go and even put an extra black out sheet on the door to accommodate my sleeping during the day. Had everything you need! Cute decorations. Comfy bed. I would stay here again absolutely

Great and peaceful location and absolutely nice place. It had everything you need it and felt like right at home. While hanging out in the living room one morning, a pack of deer walked by outside and it was incredible. Close to downtown for great eats. Aubrie's family was great and the swing outside front was an added addition for my toddler who loved it and had so much fun using it.🥰

There were absolutely no compromises or downside to this stay! I booked this Airbnb for my parents (both in their 80's) as their home away from home for a two month visit in Santa Cruz. Logistically, everything from the street level entry, one level living, shower with no step-up, sliding door off the bedroom to the park-like back yard, to the heated floors etc... made this an ideal place for them to live easily and comfortably. Pair that with the beautiful, idyllic location about a block from West Cliff Drive along Monterey Bay, & acute detail to comfort and this rental can't be beat! My mom walked miles everyday along Westcliff and picked up lunch a couple times a week from the fantastic & delicious oceanside walk-up restaurant Steamers. Both my parents enjoyed the amenities of the serene back yard with a grill, hot tub, picnic table, fire pit & cozy chairs. My parents come visit for a couple months every year and are excited about returning to this rental in early 2025!

This place is a true gem! The expansive property is beautifully manicured, peaceful, and feels like a private oasis. We spent our days exploring the downtown, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the many well-kept outdoor spaces. Everything was immaculately maintained and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Inside, the house was just as comfortable. The beds were so cozy! The kitchen has everything you need to make simple meals and there’s a BBQ by the pool. One thing that really stood out was the water. The house filtration system they have makes it taste incredibly clean and fresh—probably the best-tasting water we’ve ever had. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and really respectful of our privacy. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of our next stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Irene and Gary’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Their hospitality was kind and thoughtful, and the space was cozy with stunning views. Everything felt carefully considered, from the clear directions to the incredibly comfortable mattress that gave us the best sleep. Our weekend was amazing, and this stay made it even better. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in this lovely guest house! The area is peaceful and scenic, with beautiful hills around. Inside, everything was very clean and tidy, with plenty of space and rooms. The towel art combined with the house instructions was a fun and thoughtful touch from the host. Just keep in mind there’s no full kitchen, but we knew that in advance. Overall, a wonderful place!

Hard to find a better priced place with this level of modernity and space. As others have mentioned it's a windy drive from highway 17, about 35 minutes from Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Los Gatos (really cool town), and 30 minutes from San Jose. Of course, the semi-remote location is part of the appeal - redwood trees all around the yard, visible from inside the house, and all around beautiful steep terrain. The attached home is great - super comfortable couch in the living room, great bed in the bedroom, kitchenette and spacious bathroom.
