Vacation rentals in Ninth Ward

Perfect cottage for a small group or family. This was my second time staying and will definitely be back. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, music venues, things to do, while remaining in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Also, don’t miss the amazing bakery a short walk away!

A very nice apartment located at the other side of the river in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The ferry takes you downtown in less than 10 minutes every half hour or you have a reliable bus service 24 hours. You also have the Mississippi trail just across the street if you want to go out for a run. The apartment has natural light, ample spaces and comfortable furniture.

We loved our stay at Benjamin’s place!! What especially stood out was the heating system and how comfortable all the beds were. We liked the charm of the long hallway and the bedrooms being all very private. The decor was very cute. Also the neighborhood was awesome!! We met so many locals and if you get a chance PLEASE try the smoker truck that parks within a block or two of this house. BEST pork chop sandwich I’ve ever had. Yes you read that right pork chop sandwich! Thank you for a fantastic stay in an amazing city.

Very clean Airbnb. Beautiful pool but too chilly at Thanksgiving. Only slept at Airbnb as we were in town for Thanksgiving with our son’s family. Comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

This a great property! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, park and playground. Mike and Carol were very quick to respond. Check in was super easy as well as check out. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! We’ll be back!

The Natchez was a wonderful place to stay, it was perfect for our group. It was very close to the French Quarters and walkable. They were very proactive in communicating with me prior to our arrival to let me know that the central heat wasn’t working. They tried to fix the issue before our arrival but it required a new part. They apologized and even gave me a discount, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to others.

Location, location, location! Sarah and Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 7 friends, who have traveled together for almost 40 years! Marigny is the place to be: We loved walking around the neighborhood, and nearby restaurants (like Ruby Slipper across the street and Ike's Love and Sandwiches down the block) were delicious. Beds were comfortable, common areas were conducive to visiting, and kitchen had all that was needed. (TBH, who's cooking at home when you're in NOLA?!?) Best was how immediately responsive and helpful Alleshia was. The weekend before the January 22 snow-pocalypse was pretty bitter cold, and when we asked for a few extra blankets, there they were, delivered before we got back from the day's excursion. Thank you so much, Alleshia, for everything you did to make our time in NOLA wonderful!

Our group of five old college friends could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for us, with appropriate sleeping space, comfortable common areas, and a lovely back yard. Everything was as advertised. The Marigny and Bywater are two of my favorite neighborhoods in NOLA, so the locations was great, and it's easy walking distance to Frenchman's St. and the French Quarter (but also removed from the action a bit). And Franz and Tracy were simply the best - great communicators and incredibly generous and flexible.

I really enjoyed my stay. Easy check in instructions. Very quiet neighborhood and extremely cozy home. I walked everyday I was there, it’s very walkable to many of great spots in New Orleans. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Quintin's place. The house was clean and neat and the layout was perfect for two couples. We also loved the location as we could walk to the French Quarter, the World War II Museum, the Jazz Museum, French Street, Downtown, the River Walk, and the Garden District. Plus Quinten was responsive whenever we had questions.

This is one of the best BNB's I have stayed in thus far 🙂 The house was very warm, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Robin for being a kind welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay.

Ronell was an amazing host! Very friendly, gracious and communicative. I will definitely look to book again in the near future.
